An Investigation of Moral Training Approach of the Dignity Plan in Schools

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه و شناسايي رويكرد تربيت اخلاقي طرح كرامت در مدرسه است. براي دستيابي به اين هدف، از سه روش كاوشگري فلسفي انتقادي، تحليل مفهومي و تحليلي تطبيقي استفاده شده است. پژوهش حاضر، حاوي دو قسمت عمده است؛ در بخش نخست، به بيان رويكردهاي مهم تربيت اخلاقي ازحيث مباني، اهداف و روش و ارزيابي آنها پرداخته مي­شود. بخش دوم، ناظر به مقايسۀ طرح كرامت با هر كدام از اين رويكردها و شناسايي رويكرد تربيت اخلاقي حاكم بر آن است. يافتۀ اصلي اين مطالعه نشان مي­دهد كه در زمينۀ مباني، اهداف و روش­ها، طرح كرامت در مدرسه با مباني، اهداف و روش­هاي دو رويكرد تربيت منش و رويكرد ديني ـ اسلامي به تربيت اخلاقي قابل انطباق است. همچنين، مطالعۀ حاضر، امكان قراردادن دو رويكرد تربيت ‌‌منش و رويكرد ديني ـ اسلامي در تركيبي سازوار را اثبات كرده است.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate and the moral educational approach of the dignity plan at schools. To achieve this goal, three methods of critical philosophical exploration, conceptual analysis, and comparative analysis are employed. This study contains two main stages. Firstly, the main approaches of moral education containing the principles, goals, methods, and evaluations are discussed. The second stages involves a comparison of the dignity plan with regard to each of these approaches, and an identification of the moral education approach governing it. The finding of this study revealed that the dignity plan in schools is comparable with the principles, goals and methods of the two approaches of training-based and the religious-Islamic approaches to moral education. Moreover, the results showed that there is a possibility of placing these two approaches in a harmonious combination.
