چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف؛ كاربردي است و روش پژوهش كيفي از نوع پديدار شناسي با جامعه‌اي شامل اعضاي گروه‌هاي برگزيده در درس پژوهي شهرستان ني‌ريز كه با نمونه‌گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند؛ صورت پذيرفت. روش و ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، مصاحبه و روش تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات تحليل موضوعي ون مانن كه شامل گام‌هاي«انجام تحليل مضموني، كشف جنبه‌هاي مضموني، جداكردن بيانات مضموني، انجام تغيير و تبديل‌هاي لازم و تفاوت قائل شدن بين مضامين اصلي و فرعي» بود. نمونه‌گيري تا زمان رسيدن به اشباع ادامه داشت. پس از مصاحبه با 15 نفر اطلاعات به دست آمده تكراري شد. جهت بررسي صحت داده‌ها در پژوهش حاضر از معيار مقبوليت و تاييدپذيري استفاده شد.
نتايج نشان داد برگزاري كارگاه ها و ضمن خدمت به موقع و باكيفيت، حمايت و تامين منابع مالي، در اختيار قراردادن نمونه‌هاي موفق، ايجاد مجله الكترونيكي درس پژوهي فرهنگيان، تقدير و تشويق درخور همكاران برتر، مشخص كردن محورها و موضوع‌هاي كارنشده و انتخاب مديران مدارس كه علاقه‌مند و مشوق به كار پژوهشي باشند، نهادينه شدن روحيه حل مساله و پژوهش و اينكه معلمان ضمن خدمت، به آموزش مستمر خود بپردازند، اشاره كرد.
