نسبت سنجي ميان حق و عدالت سياسي با تأكيد بر قرآن كريم

Relationship between right and political justice with emphasis on the Holy Quran

پرسش اصلي اين نوشتار بر گرد اين امر سامان يافته كه با توجه به منطق و ادبيات قرآن كريم، چه رابطه‌اي ميان حق و عدالت سياسي برقرار است. براي دستيابي به پاسخي درخور، با مراجعه به متون ديني به ويژه قرآن كريم، بر اين فرضيه تأكيد شده است كه با توجه به حق‌داري انسان و اينكه خداوند، منبع حقوق است و مأموريت پيامبران الهي، يادآوري حق و عدل بوده است، مي‌توان ساحتهاي ارتباطي حق و عدالت سياسي را بر اين امر استوار كرد كه احقاق حقوق سياسي، هستۀ مركزي عدالت سياسي است؛ به گونه‌اي كه امور عادلانه، حق‌مدار تعريف شده و داوري عادلانه، حقوق و تكاليف عدالت‌محور و پشتيباني عدالت از حقوق را مي‌توان در اين نسبت رصد و بررسي كرد. ضمن اينكه رابطۀ ميان آن دو، رابطه‌اي تكاملي، تكميلي و تعاملي است.

Considering the logic and literature of the Holy Quran, the main question of this paper is about the relationship between right and political justice. In order to arrive at a satisfactory answer, by referring to religious texts, in particular the Holy Qur'an, it has been emphasized that, given the fact that human beings are justified and that God is the source of law and the mission of divine prophets is the reminder of justice, Communications affirming the rights and political justice that the realization of political rights is the core of political justice; in such a way that fair, well-defined and fair judgments, the rights and duties of justice and the maintenance of justice of rights can be found in this Observation ratio.
