بررسي ارتباط منزلت اجتماعي و حرفه‌اي با مؤلفه هاي شغلي از ديدگاه پرستاران بيمارستان آموزشي وليعصر (عج) بيرجند

The relationship between Social and Professional Status and Occupational Components from the Nurses’ Perspective in Vali-e Asr Educational Hospital of Birjand

زمينه و هدف: از مهم­ترين تنش ­هاي حرفه­ پرستاري، جايگاه اجتماعي نامشخص در جامعه است. با وجود اينكه نقش پرستاران در تغيير نظام مراقبت­هاي بهداشتي، برنامه ­ريزي و ارائه خدمات، مهم است اما جايگاه پرستاري به خوبي مشخص نيست و مطالعه‌اي كه منزلت اجتماعي و حرفه‌اي آنان و ارتباط آن با مولفه هاي شغلي را در ايران مورد بررسي قرار دهد يافت نشد بنابراين، هدف پژوهش حاضر تعيين ارتباط منزلت حرفه­ اي و اجتماعي با برخي از مؤلفه‌هاي شغلي از ديدگاه پرستاران بود. مواد و روش ها: اين پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي و مقطعي، در سال 1395 بر روي 155 نفر از پرستاران بيمارستان وليعصر (عج) بيرجند به روش نمونه ­گيري سهميه ­اي و تصادفي سيستماتيك انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه­ هاي استاندارد و روا و پايا شده منزلت حرفه ­اي و اجتماعي پرستاران جمع ­آوري شد. داده­ها با نرم ­افزارSPSS نسخه 19 و آزمون­هاي آماري توصيفي- تحليلي و استنباطي، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: ميانگين سني پرستاران 6/67±36/18 سال و سابقه كار اين پرستاران 6/40±11/52 سال بوده است. نتايج ارتباط معناداري بين ميانگين نمرات منزلت حرفه ­اي و منزلت اجتماعي نشان نداد (0/606=p). اما بين نمره منزلت حرفه­اي و وضعيت استخدام پرستاران (0/008=p) و نيز بين نمره منزلت اجتماعي و وضعيت استخدام، بخش محل خدمت و رضايت از حرفه پرستاري ارتباط معنادار وجود داشت (0/05>p). نتيجه گيري: اكثر پرستاران از منزلت و جايگاه حرفه ­اي و اجتماعي خود رضايت چنداني نداشتند، با توجه به تأثير منزلت اجتماعي و حرفه ­اي بر كيفيت مراقبت­هاي پرستاري پيشنهاد مي­ شود به منظور ارتقاء منزلت حرفه ­اي و اجتماعي پرستاران با برنامه ­ريزي دقيق و طولاني مدت زمينه ايفاي نقش­ه اي حرفه‌اي مؤثر در بالين فراهم شده و از طرف ديگر با همكاري نهادهاي تأثيرگذار و فرهنگي يك تصوير واقعي از حرفه پرستاري در اجتماع معرفي گردد، تا جايگاه و منزلت درخور پرستاران در جامعه و محيط كار آنان احراز گردد.

Background and Aims: Unclear social status in society is one of the most important profession stresses of nursing. Although, nurses play an important role in changing the policy-making, planning and implementation of health resources in health care system and, unfortunately, nursing status in Iran is quite unclear and there was no study on social and professional status and its relationship with occupational components in Iran. This study aimed to determine the relationship between professional and social status and some occupation components from the perspective of Birjand nurses in 2016. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study, was done on 155 Vali- Asr hospital nurses with Quota and systematic random sampling method in 2016. A standard, validated and reliable professional and social status questionnaire of nurses were employed to collect information. Finally, the data were analyzed using SPSS version 19, along with descriptive statistics and inferential analysis. Results: The mean age of nurses was 36.18 ±6.6 years and the work experience of 11.52 ± 6.40 years. The results did not show a significant correlation between mean scores of the professional status and social status (p=0.606). But the relationships were significant between the professional status and employment status of nurses (p=0.008) as well as between the social status and employment status, unit of work and the satisfaction of the nursing profession, (p<0.05). Conclusion: Since the majority of nurses were dissatisfied with their social and professional status. Considering the effect of social and professional status on the quality of nursing care, it is suggested to promote the nursing professional and social status with a precise and long-term planning to provide effective professional role in the clinic. On the other hand the media play an effective role to present a true picture of nursing profession in the community, that provide appropriate nursing status in the community and their work place environment.
