بررسي رابطه رشد اقتصادي و توسعه زير ساخت‌هاي مخابراتي

Economic Growth and the Development of Telecommunications Infrastructure

هدف: تغيير و تحوّل در زيرساخت‌هاي فنّاوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات نقش به سزايي بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادي كشورها داشته است. اين تحقيق به دنبال اين مساله است كه آيا توسعه زيرساخت‌هاي مخابراتي بر رشد اقتصادي اثر معني دار و مثبتي داشته است؟ روش: براي بررسي موضوع، از 4 متغير يعني تشكيل سرمايه ناخالص، سرمايه گذاري مستقيم خارجي، نرخ شهرنشيني و باز بودن تجارت كشورهاي عضو منا در دوره زماني 2016-1990 از مدل خود رگرسيون برداري PVAR با استفاده از داده‌هاي پنل و نرم افزارهاي ايويوز و استاتا بررسي شده است. يافته‌ها: نتايج بدست آمده برخلاف انتظار حاكي آر آن است كه توسعه زيرساخت‌هاي مخابراتي بر رشد اقتصادي اثر معني داري نداشته و رشد اقتصادي بر توسعه زيرساخت‌هاي مخابراتي تأثير مثبت و معناداري داشته است. نتيجه‌گيري: تأثير توسعه زيرساخت‌هاي مخابراتي بر رشد اقتصادي معنادار نيست، پس بايد تغييراتي در سياست انجام گيرد. اگر بخواهيم توسعه زير ساخت‌هاي مخابراتي به رشد اقتصادي منجر گردد بايد سياست‌هاي مربوطه در اين زمينه تغيير يابند.

Objective: Theoretical increase in the use of information technology has led to economic growth, and a strong network is a prerequisite for increasing economic growth, and also in recent years, the transformation of has played an important role in the country's economic growth and development. This paper examines the linkages between the development of telecommunications infrastructure, economic growth. Methods: To investigate the matter, used four key indicators of operation of a macro economy variables: gross capital formation, foreign direct investment inflows, urbanization rates, and trade openness. By studying the MENA countries over the period 1990 2016 and employing a panel vector auto-regressive model for estimating. Findings Unexpectedly it finds the results indicate that the development of telecommunication infrastructure has a negative effect on economic growth, and economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the development of telecommunication infrastructure. Results: The impact of developing telecommunications infrastructure on economic growth is not significant, so policy changes need to be made. If we want to develop telecommunications infrastructure to economic growth, we need to change the relevant policies in this area.
