چكيده فارسي :
در همهٔ حوزه‌ها، اصول اخلاقي بر اصول نظري و اصول نظري بر مباني فرانظري تكيه دارند و به همين دليل، كنش‌گر در صورتي به يك اصل اخلاقي ملتزم مي‌شود كه آن اصل و اعتقاد از بينش‌هاي نظري و پارادايمي او برآمده باشد. اصول نظري اخلاق در مرحلهٔ دست‌يابي به نتيجه با ديگر مراحل پژوهش متفاوت است و به تبع، اصول اخلاقي پژوهش در اين مرحله با ديگر مراحل پژوهش متفاوت‌اند. اين اصول نظري اقتضا دارند كه پژوهنده در اين مرحله، جانب مردم را بگيرد و مطابق با سود آن‌ها نتيجهٔ خود را منتشر يا كتمان كند و فعل و رفتاري انجام دهد كه جامعه از حاصل پژوهش او بيشترين منفعت و كمترين زيان را ببرد. بنابراين، پژوهشگر هنگام رسيدن به نتيجهٔ پژوهش، از نظر اخلاقي موظف است اگر نتيجه كارش را براي جامعهٔ انساني زيان‌بار مي‌داند، به صورتي آن را از دسترس خارج كند كه راه زيان بسته شود و اگر چنين نيست، بدون هراس، به زباني آشنا، با دقّت و امانت‌داري نتيجه را منتشر كند و براي پذيرفتن نقدهاي عالمان منتظر بماند. اين تحقيق در صدد است اصول نظري اخلاق اين مرحله را به دست آورد و اصول اخلاقي آن را تدوين و پيشنهاد كند.
چكيده لاتين :
In all fields, moral principles rest upon theoretical principles, where these rest in turn upon meta-theoretical foundations. For this reason, the agent is committed to a moral principle when it arises from his or her theoretical and paradigmatic insights. Theoretical principles of morality at the stage of conclusion are different from those at the stage of research, and as a consequence, moral principles of research at this stage are different from those at other stages. These theoretical principles require the inquirer to prefer people’s interests and publish or conceal the conclusions of their research in accordance with people’s interests, and act in a way that the society gets maximal interests and suffer from minimal harms as a result of the research. On this account, when the researcher arrives at the results, he or she is morally obliged to make them unavailable if he takes them to harm the society, and to publish them courageously, in familiar words, and with faithfulness if they do not, and then wait for feedback from other scholars. This research seeks to extract the theoretical principles at this stage and propose its moral principles.
