نقشِ فناوري در زيستِ اخلاقي شهروندان

فناوري جزء لاينفك زندگي امروز است كه در شكل‌‌گيري فرهنگ جوامع و تغيير سبك زندگي انسان‌‌ها نقش به‌سزايي دارد. فرهنگ اخلاق محور يا سبك زيستن اخلاقي همواره از خاستگاه‌‌هاي بشر بوده كه تأثير فناوري برآن قابل توجه است. يكي از زيرساخت‌‌هاي مؤثر در تحقّق زيست اخلاقي‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌، فناوري‌‌ و بهره‌‌گيري از آن در مديريت بخش عمومي جامعه است. استفاده از فناوري در‌‌ طراحي و ارائه زيرساخت‌‌هاي لازم‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌، مي‌‌تواند موجب از بين رفتن زمينهٔ مواجهه با تعارضات و چالش‌هاي اخلاقي و در نتيجه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌، به حداقل رسيدن هزينه‌هاي اخلاقي عمل كردن در سطح جامعه شود. در اين مقاله‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌، فرضْ بر اين است كه كاربست فناوري با طراحي و ملاحظاتي خاص‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌، موجب تغيير وضعيت فردي و اجتماعي افراد در سطح جامعه مي‌‌شود؛ به گونه‌‌اي كه زمينهٔ قرارگرفتن در موقعيت‌‌هايي كه ممكن است به عمل ‌‌‌غير اخلاقي بيانجامد‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌، به حداقل برسد. از اين‌‌رو‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌، در اين مقاله به دنبال تبيين و تحليل اين مسئله هستيم كه طراحي و كاربست فناوري چگونه مي‌‌تواند موجب بروز و ظهور رفتارها و اعمال اخلاقي و ارتقاي سطح اخلاق در جامعه شود.

Technology is an inseparable part of today’s life, which plays a crucial role in the formation of the cultures of societies and changes in people’s lifestyles. The moral culture or moral lifestyle has always been there from the origins of man, and the impact of technology on it is remarkable. One effective infrastructure in the realization of moral life is technology and its deployment in the management of the public. By deployment of technology in devising the requisite infrastructures, it is possible to eliminate the grounds for encounters with moral conflicts and challenges, and consequently, the minimization of the costs of moral action throughout the society. In this paper, we assume that the application of technology with certain considerations can change personal and social conditions of people in the society such that it might minimize the circumstances in which immoral action is possible. Thus, here we seek to account for how the development and application of technology might lead to moral actions and promote morality in the society.
