پيامدهاي محيطي ناشي از افزايش تراكم و بلندمرتبه سازي در شهرها

بلند‌مرتبه‌سازي از جمله رويكردهاي مهم شهرهاي بزرگ جهان است كه در اثر رشد روزافزون جمعيت، كمبود و گراني زمين و مشكلات توسعۀ افقي شهرها رواج يافته است و توانايي ارتباط فرد با محيط اطرافش را بسيار بي‌اهميت جلوه مي‌دهد. در اين پژوهش به روش تحليلي- توصيفي و با هدف شناخت و تحليل تأثيرات محيطي ناشي از افزايش تراكم و توسعۀ عمودي در شهرها، تلاش شده است تا تبيين روشني از معايب افزايش تراكم در شهرها در عين سودمندي آن ارائه شود. در اين نوشتار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات به صورت اسنادي انجام پذيرفته و پس از شناخت مفاهيم مورد نظر، به تحليل آنها پرداخته شده و در نتيجه به چگونگي ارتباط بين آنها انجاميده است. نتايج اين پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه ساختمان‌هاي بلند بر تعادل محيط شهري تأثير مي‌گذارند و لازم است تا چگونگي تأثير آنها بر كيفيت محيط پيش از احداث ارزيابي شود، به خصوص در زمينۀ ساختمان‌هاي بلند با عملكرد مسكوني كه افزون بر ملاحظات محيطي و شهرسازي، تغيير در روابط اجتماعي اهالي، تغييرات در شيوۀ زندگي و رفتارهاي جمعي نيز بايد مورد نظر باشد تا طراحي و ساخت ساختمان‌هاي بلند موجب ارتقاي كيفيات محيط شهري شوند

The high-rise building among important approaches to major cities of the world that has increased due to population growth, scarcity and high prices of land and problems horizontal expansion of cities that very unimportant appears ability of person relationship with their environment. In this regard, In this study, to method of analysis - descriptive and aims to identify and analyze environmental impacts resulting from the increasing density and vertical development of cities, it is an attempt to provide clear explanation of the disadvantages of increased density in the city, while its usefulness, that consequently, is required assessment the effects of high-rise buildings on environmental quality before its construction. Data required for this study was obtained from method of documented through journals and books related to the topic and then understanding the implications of research has been paid to the analysis of them and thus leads to a relation between them. The results of this study indicate that high-rise building affect the balance of the urban environment and must be evaluated how they impact on the environmental quality before construction. Particularly in relation to high-rise buildings with residential function that in addition to the considerations environment and urbanization, changes in social relations, changes in lifestyle and collective behavior should also be considered until design and construction of high-rise buildings leads to qualitative improvement of the urban environment
