Strategies for the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Formation of a Security Order Based on Islamic Convergence in West Asia1

آنچه مسلم است امروزه، منطقه غرب آسيا، نياز مبرم به همگرايي و اتحاد در عرصه‌هاي اقتصادي، سياسي، فرهنگي و اجتماعي دارد، چنان چه روند جهاني شدن نيز، ملّت‌هاي دنيا را به سمت همگرايي منطقه‌اي و جهاني كشانده است. در چنين چرخه‌اي، بايد منطقه غرب آسيا بيشتر از پيش بر همگرايي و ايجاد يك نظام امنيتي مشترك تكيه كند. كشورهاي اين منطقه مي‌بايستي با طراحي يك الگوي همگرايي اسلامي بر مبناي امكانات و نيازهاي روشن و قابل تعريف در جهت‌دهي به معادلات منطقه و ارتقاي جايگاه بين‌المللي آن نقش محوري ايفا كنند. در حال حاضر با وجود زمينه‌هاى بـسيار‌ زياد، همكاري و همگرايي مطلوبي در ميان كشورهاي غرب آسيا وجـود‌ ندارد تا اين روابط منجر به ايجاد يك نظام امنيت منطقه‌اي شود و در واقع دولت‌هاي اين منطقه، آن ميزان همگرايى را ايجاد نكرده‌اند كه يك جامعه امن بين خود به وجـود آوردنـد.با توجه به اينكه جمهوري اسلامي ايران ازجمله كشورهاي اين منطقه است كه خواهان دستيابي به يك نظام امنيت منطقه‌اي مبتني بر همگرايي اسلامي در منطقه است و بدين جهت ضروري است با اعمال مديريت راهبردي راهبردهاي اثربخشي را اجرايي سازد تابه آن دست يابد، لذا هدف اصلي پژوهش بررسي ظرفيت‌هاي ايجاد و شكل‌گيري نظم امنيتي مبتني بر همگرايي اسلامي در غرب آسيا و تبيين راهبردهاي پيش روي جمهوري اسلامي در اين راستا است كه اين مقاله با روش توصيفي تحليلي به آن مي‌پردازد.

What is certain today is that the West Asia region has a pressing need for convergence and unity in the economic, political, cultural, and social spheres, as the globalization process has pushed the nations of the world towards regional and global convergence. In such a cycle, the West Asia region must rely more heavily on convergence and the establishment of a common security system. The countries of this region should play a central role in designing an Islamic convergence pattern based on clear and meaningful conditions and requirements in orienting the regional equations and promoting their international status. In spite of many common areas, there is currently not much favorable co-operation and convergence among West Asian countries which lead to the creation of a regional security system. In fact, the governments of this region did not create the degree of convergence that a secure society be created among themselves. Considering that the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the countries in this region that seeks to achieve a regional security system based on Islamic convergence in the region, it is necessary to implement strategic strategies to achieve effective strategies. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to investigate the capacities of establishing and formation a security order based on Islamic convergence in West Asia, and to clarify the strategies of the Islamic Republic in this regard by conducting a descriptive-analytical method.
