Political Implications of the Theory of the Clash of Civilizations on the Divergence of the Islamic World

نظريه‌ برخورد تمدن‌ها را هانتينگتون پس از فروپاشي اتحاد جماهير شوروي، در پايان دوران جنگ سرد مطرح كرد. اين نظريه هم‌زمان با ظهور چالشي جديد در سياست خارجي آمريكا مطرح شد تا خلأ ايدئولوژيك موجود در جهان غرب را پر كند. هانتينگتون تمدن‌هاي اسلام و سينيك را مهم‌ترين رقيب‌هاي تمدن غرب دانسته و معتقد است دراين‌ميان تمدن اسلام بيش از همه، موجوديت غرب را به خطر انداخته است. مؤلفان اين تحقيق با روش تحليلي و اسنادي به دنبال واكاوي تأثيرات سياسي نظريه‌ برخورد تمدن‌ها بر واگرايي جهان اسلام و راهكارهاي مقابله با آن هستند. مهم‌ترين تأثيرات اين نظريه بر واگرايي جهان اسلام، اسلام‌هراسي، وابستگي سياسي جهان اسلام به غرب، ايجاد اختلاف بين مسلمين، و ايجاد تنش سياسي در جهان اسلام بوده است كه به بلوك‌بندي جديد سياسي، تقابل‌سازي بين كشورهاي اسلامي، و رواج تروريسم و جنگ‌هاي نيابتي در كانون كشورهاي اسلامي منجر شده است. راه‌حل برون‌رفت از اين وضعيت، هم‌گرايي سياسي در جهان اسلام، پرهيز كشورهاي اسلامي از اختلاف‌ سياسي، و حركت به سمت تأسيس اتحاديه كشورهاي اسلامي است.

The theory of the clash of civilizations came from Huntington after the collapse of the Soviet unio‎n at the end of the Cold War. It came up with the emergence of a new challenge in US foreign policy to fill the ideological vacuum in the Western world. Huntington has considered the civilizations of Islam and Sinic to be the most important rivals of Western civilization, and believes that Islamic civilization threatens the existence of the West more than every approach. The authors of this research, using analytical and documentary methods, seek to analyze the political effects of the theory of the clash of civilizations on the divergence of the Islamic world and its solutions. The main effects of this theory on the divergence of the Islamic world were Islamophobia, the political affiliation of the Islamic world to the West, the creation of differences between Muslims, and the creation of political tensions in the Muslim world which have led to a new political bloc, a confrontation between Islamic countries, and the prevalence of terrorism and pro-war wars. The solution to this situation is political convergence in the Islamic world, the exclusion of Islamic countries from political differences, and the move towards the establishment of an alliance of Islamic countries.
