چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: امروزه شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي به يكي از نيازهاي كاربردي جوامع بشري تبديل شده‌اند و بخاطر ويژگي‌ها و پوشش نيازهاي انسان امروزي هر روزه بر تعداد كاربران آنها اضافه مي‌شود. آزاد بودن از مكان و زمان از مهمترين ويژگي‌هاي اين ابزار است در حاليكه شكل‌گيري يك منبع اطلاعاتي ارزشمند بارزترين ويژگي آنها مي‌باشد هر چند شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي انسان عصر اطلاعات را توانمندتر كرده ولي تهديدات و فرصت‌هايي كه در حوزه امنيت ملي ايجاد مي‌كنند قابل بررسي است.
روش تحقيق: اين پژوهش بر اساس روش توصيفي و تحليلي نوشته شده است. در مقاله حاضر سعي شده است تا ضمن بررسي و تحليل تهديدات شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي كه از سوي اين پديده بر امنيت ملي وارد مي‌گردد، راهكارهايي براي استفاده از فرصت‌ها و مقابله با تهديدات ارايه شود.
يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد: در فضاي مجازي و همچنين شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي سايبري، ضمن امكان بهره‌گيري از فضاي مجازي براي ستيز، جنگ، رقابت، ايجاد ناامني توسط دشمنان خارجي و سوء استفاده عناصر و گروه‌هاي معاند و اپوزوسيون نظام، با انجام تحقيقات كاربردي و علمي و عملي، امكان توليد رفاه و آسايش، ايجاد امنيت و احساس امنيت و ارائه خدمات گسترده در اين فضا به شهروندان و همچنين تعاملات اجتماعي و فرهنگي و سياسي مثبت و سازنده در راستاي پيشيرد اهداف و اصول اساسي نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران در سراسر اين مرز و بوم مقدس شاهد خواهيم بود.
نتيجه‌گيري: شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي سايبري، علاوه بر آنكه داراي قابليت‌ها و فرصت‌هاي چشمگيري بعنوان نمادي از عصر فناوري و تكنولوژي هستند، مي‌توانند خطرناك‌ترين مسائل و مشكلات را حتي در عرصه امنيت ملي ايجاد نمايند. همچنين با بررسي‌ها و كارشناسي‌هاي صورت گرفته حاكيست كه پيچيده‌ترين تهديدات امنيتي و اجتماعي نظير آشوب‌هاي خياباني، اختلافات قوميتي و مذهبي، شايعه پراكني و نشر اكاذيب، هك و نفوذ و ويروس پراكني و ترور فرهنگي و فعاليت‌هاي سوء سياسي و امنيتي و اجتماعي در اين قبيل بسترهاي رسانه‌اي ايجاد شده است.

Being free from place and time of the most important features of this tool while forming a valuable source of information is their most outstanding feature although human social networks to strengthen the information age but the threats and opportunities that they can be studied in the field of national security. This study literature analysis is based on methods described In this paper we have tried to investigate and analyze the threats that social networking is entered by the phenomenon of national security, ways to use opportunities and threats presented. In cyberspace and cyber social networks, the possibility of taking advantage of cyberspaceFor conflict, war, conflict, insecurity and exploited by external enemies and opposition groups and opposition elements military, practical and scientific and practical research, production facilities and comfort, security and a feeling of security and providing extensive services in this space.
