شناسايي عوامل موثر بر تصادفات راه‌هاي برون شهري استان چهارمحال و بختياري و بررسي دلايل آن‌ها (مورد مطالعه:محور خوزستان)

Recognizing the Effective Factors of Suburb Roads Accidents of Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari Province and the Study of it's Reasons (Case Study: Khuzestan Road)

حجم بالاي خسارات جاني و مالي تصادفات شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر وقوع تصادفات را به يك ضرورت تبديل نموده است. بر اين اساس اين پژوهش به دنبال شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر تصادفات راه هاي برون شهري استان چهارمحال و بختياري بوده است. اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي-تحليلي است. نمونه آماري در اين نوشتار كروكي تمام شمار تصادفات در جاده شهركرد - خوزستان از ابتداي سال 1393 تا پايان سال 1395 و نظر سنجي از 60 نفر از كارشناسان تصادفات پليس راه و كارشناسان سازمان راهداري و حمل و نقل جادهاي استان چهارمحال و بختياري ميباشد. داده ها پس از گردآوري با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزيه و تحليل و نتايج حاكي از وجود رابطه مثبت و معنادار ميان وقوع تصادفات و طرح هندسي راه و عامل وسيله نقليه بود. همچنين نتايج نشان داد بيشترين وسيله نقليه درگير در تصادفات سواري بوده و كاميون ها در رده دوم و و انتها و ساير خودروها در رده هاي بعدي قرار دارند، در مورد مقاطع پرتصادف نيز اين نتيجه حاصل شد كه هرچه به سمت انتهاي حوزه استان يا يك پاسگاه پليس راه رفته شود تعداد تصادفات افزايش مييابد. بنابراين پيشنهاد ميگردد بيشترين تمركز در بحث كنترل خودروها برابر نقش آنها در وقوع تصادفات تقسيم گردد، همچنين در خصوص مقاطع پر تصادف پيشنهاد ميگردد در مقاطع انتهايي حوزه هاي استحفاظي نه تنها از ميزان تخصيص تيم هاي گشت كنترلي كاسته نگردد، بلكه نسبت به ساير مقاطع راه افزوده شود.

The massive human and financial losses in accidents resulted in recognizing the effective factors on accidents occurrences. Thus, this study tried to recognize the effective factors on suburb roads accidents of Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari. The method of research was a descriptive-analytical one. The statistical sample of this study consisted of all Croquises in Shahrekord-Khuzestan road since the first of 1393 to the end of 1395 year and a conducted opinion poll on 60 persons of accident experts of Traffic Police and the experts of Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization of Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province. After gathering the data, they were analyzed by SPSS software and the results showed a positive and significant relationship between the occurrence of an accident, Croquise and the automobile. Also, the results indicated that the most current vehicles involved in accidents were motorcars and the trucks stood in the second place and the vans, pickups and the other vehicles in next places. Regarding the accident black spots, it was found that the either closer to the extent of the Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province roads or the police stations, the bigger the accident rates would be. Thus, it was suggested that the focus should be shared equally between the controlling of automobiles and their role in accidents. Also, regarding the accident black spots, it was recommended that not only the number of police traffic teams in roads should not be reduced, but in comparison with other roads they should be increased.
