The Triple Elements of Wayfaring in Islamic and Christian Mysticis

بحث درباره سلوك و مراتب آن، در عرفان اسلامي و مسيحي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. به طور كلي در اين دو عرفان، حركتي از ظاهر به باطن مطرح است كه سلوك عرفاني نام دارد و همچون هر حركت ديگري امري تدريجي است. در اين نوع سلوك، سه عنصر مبدا و منتها و وسطي وجود دارد. تصوير اين سه گانه در نفس الامر حركت، سه گانه اي نفس الامري را در مراتب سلوك سالك ايجاب مي كند كه در عرفان اسلامي و مسيحي بدان پرداخته شده است. سه گانه تهذيب، اشراق و اتحاد در عرفان مسيحي به نحوي برابر است با سه گانه هاي مطرح در عرفان اسلامي: مقامات اسلامي، ايماني و احساني؛ عوام، خواص و خاص الخواص؛ شريعت، طريقت و حقيقت؛ علم اليقين، عين اليقين و حق اليقين؛ و تعلق، تخلق و تحقق.

Wayfaring and its stages are among the main issues of the Islamic and Christian mysticism. Generally, in these two mysticism, there is an inward movement called mystical wayfaring which is itself a gradual matter like any other movements. In this type of journey there are three elements, beginning, acme and middle. These three elements in the factitself of movement, require the triple of noumenal in the stages of wayfaring for the seeker that has been dealt with in the Islamic and Christian mysticism. The triple of refinement, illumination and unity in the Christian mysticism are somehow equal to the proposed triple in the Islamic mysticism such as, Islamic stages, faith and emotion; the vulgar, elite and the elect among the elects; Shari'a, the Way and the truth; cognitive Certainty, Certainty be sense, reality of Certainty; and belonging, assuming traits and realization.
