استفاده از روش ارزش‌گذاري مشروط در برآورد ارزش تفرجگاهي تالاب بين‌المللي گندمان

Using of Contingent Valuation Method in Estimating of recreational Value of Gandoman International Wetland

تامين آب، تامين عوفه دام‌هاي منطقه، پناهگاه حيات وحش، اشتغال و بهره‌برداري انساني، پژوهش و آموزش، تعديل آب و هوا و خدمات تفريحي از جمله كاركردهاي تالاب‌ها محسوب مي‌شوند. اين تحقيق با هدف برآورد ارزش اقتصادي تالاب بين المللي گندمان با مساحتي بالغ بر 1100 هكتار در استان چهارمحال و بختياري و ارائه آن به دستگاه‌هاي ذيربط جهت حفاظت هرچه بيشتر از آن در سال 1396 انجام شده‌است. ابزار جمع‌ آوري اطلاعات در اين مطالعه، پرسشنامه مي‌باشد و اطلاعات گردآوري شده با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و رگرسيون لاجستيك و به كمك نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS و SHAZAM مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته‌ است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي‌دهد كه بين متغير مبلغ پيشنهادي و احتمال تمايل به پرداخت پاسخ‌گويان، رابطه‌اي منفي و معني‌دار در سطح پنج درصد وجود دارد. همچنين بين متغيرهاي درآمد ماهانه و سن بازديدكنندگان از تالاب با احتمال تمايل به پرداخت آنان، رابطه‌اي مثبت و معني‌دار در سطح ده درصد به دست آمده‌است. به علاوه براساس مفهوم اثر نهايي، يك واحد افزايش در مبلغ پيشنهادي، درآمد ماهانه و سن پاسخ‌گويان به ترتيب منجر به كاهش 0/09 درصدي، افزايش 19 درصدي و نيز افزايش يك درصدي در احتمال تمايل به پرداخت آنان خواهد شد. با استفاده از مدل لاجيت برآورد شده، مقدار مورد انتظار(ميانگين) تمايل به پرداخت براي هر بازديدكننده معادل 5831/2 تومان و ارزش تفرجگاهي تالاب بين‌المللي گندمان حدود 175 ميليون تومان به دست آمده‌است.

The functions of wetlands are water supply, livestock supply, wildlife refuge, employment and human uses, research and training, climate adjustment and recreational services. The purpose of this study is to estimating the economic value of Gandoman international wetland with area of over 1100 hectares in 2017 and provide it to the relevant authorities for its further protection. Data collection tool is questionnaire and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression using SPSS and SHAZAM software. The results show that there is a significant negative relationship between the bid amount and the probability of respondentschr('39') willingness to pay at 5 percent. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between monthly income and age variables of visitors with the probability of willingness to pay at 10 percent. In addition, according to the concept of the marginal effect, a unit increase in the bid amount, monthly income and age of the respondents would decrease 0.09 percent in probability of willingness to pay and would increase 19 and one percent in probability of willingness to pay, respectively. Based on estimated Logistic model, the expected value(average) of willingness to pay for each visitor is 5831.2 Toomans and total recreational value of Gandoman international wetland is approximately 175 million Toomans.
