زمينه و هدف: نيروي انتظامي به عنوان يكي از سازمان‌هايي كه با مردم در ارتباط است، بايد در ارتقاء امنيت شهروندان اقدام كند و طرح جمع آوري اراذل و اوباش يكى از مأموريت هاى محوله اى است كه طى سال هاى اخير در دستور كار ناجا قرار گرفته است. لذا هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، بررسي تأثير اجراي طرح مبارزه با اراذل و اوباش بر احساس امنيت شهروندان مي‌باشد. روش: روش انجام اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي-پيمايشي مي‌باشد و هم‌چنين از اين جهت كه به دنبال بررسي رابطه بين دو متغير هستيم روش تحقيق از نوع هم‌بستگي نيز مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش، شهروندان شهرستان پرديس به تعداد 37250 نفر مي‌باشند و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فورمول كوكران 381 نفر تعيين گرديد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته احساس امنيت و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبارزه پليس با اراذل و اوباش مي‌باشد. مقدار ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسشنامه احساس امنيت و مبارزه پليس با اراذل و اوباش به ترتيب 0/91 و 0/74 بدست آمده كه حاكي از پايايي قابل قبولي مي‌باشد. يافته ها: بررسي استنباطي داده‌ها بيان‌گر وجود رابطه معنادار بين متغيرهاي اصلي تحقيق مي‌باشد. هم‌چنين آزمون معادلات ساختاري نشان ميدهد كه از ميان خرده مقياس‌هاي احساس امنيت، طرح مبارزه با اراذل و اوباش بيش‌ترين تأثير را بر احساس امنيت مالي و احساس امنيت سرمايه‌گذاري و اشتغال دارد. هم‌چنين نتايج آزمون‌هاي آماري نشان مي‌دهد كه ميانگين احساس امنيت در مردان بيش‌تر از زنان مي‌باشد و ميانگين احساس امنيت در افراد مجرد بيش‌تر از متاهل‌ها مي‌باشد و ميانگين احساس امنيت در افرادي كه شغل دولتي دارند بيش‌تر از كساني است كه شغل آزاد دارند. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به نتايج تحقيق و مؤثر بودن اجراي طرح مبارزه با اراذل و اوباش بر احساس امنيت شهروندان به نظر مي‌رسد كه بهتر است نهادهاي انتظامي و قضايي براي مقابله با جرايم و بزه‌هاي مالي و اقتصادي، تلاش مضاعفي در جهت پياده كردن مصاديق اين طرح داشته باشند.

Background and aim: Law enforcement as one of the organizations that is associated with people, It must act in promoting the security of citizens and the plan for collecting thugs is one of the assigned missions. Which has been on the agenda of NAJA in recent years. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of the implementation of the campaign against the thugs on the security of citizens. Method: The method of this research is in terms of applied and descriptive-survey method. As well as looking for a relationship between two variables, the research method is also correlation type. The statistical population of the study is the citizens of Pardis city with 37250 people. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 381 people. The data gathering tool in this study was a researcher-made security feeling questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire on police clashes with rabbis. Cronbach alpha coefficient feel secure and fight with police thugs 91/0 and 74/0, respectively, indicating acceptable reliability is achieved. findings: Inferential data show that there is a significant relationship between the main variables of the research. Conclusion: Considering the results of the research and the effectiveness of the implementation of the plan to combat the thugs on the sense of security of citizens Police and judicial authorities seem to be better off in tackling financial and economic crimes and attempts to redouble their efforts.
