چكيده فارسي :
يكى از پايه‌هاي امنيت ملى جمهورى اسلامى ايران، تأمين امنيت انتظامى است كه بر عهده نيروى انتظامى جمهورى اسلامى ايران نهاده شده است. پاسداري از ارزش‌هاي اسلامي و انقلابي بزرگ‌ترين وظيفه نيروي انتظامي است. در جهاد كبير نيز مسئله حفظ دين اسلام مطرح است كه راه‌كار مقابله با نفوذ دشمن به‌عنوان يكي از ابزارهاي دشمن در عرصه جنگ نرم است. زماني‌كه دشمن فرهنگ جامعه اسلام را هدف قرار دهد جهاد كبير مطرح مي‌شود.
مقام معظم رهبري طي اين چند سال كه سكانداري انقلاب را به نحو احسن اداره كرده‌اند در مورد مسئله فرهنگي هشدار‌هاي زيادي با عنوان‌هاي شبيخون فرهنگي، ناتوي فرهنگي و... داده‌اند و متأسفانه نهادهاي فرهنگي وظيفه خود را به‌خوبي انجام نداده‌اند و باعث اختلال در روند اهداف جمهوري اسلامي شده‌اند و اين مسئله منجر شد معظم له فرمان آتش به اختيار را صادر كنند.
نيروي انتظامي به‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين نهادهاي كشور، مي‌تواند در عرصه‌هاي مختلف فرهنگي، امنيتي و... تأثيرگذار باشد. اين تحقيق شامل مفهوم‌شناسي، جهاد كبير از بعد بينشي، جهاد اكبر از بعد گرايشي و جهاد اصغر از بعد رفتاري، اقسام جهاد با توجه به تفاسير، ارتباط جهاد كبير با آتش به اختيار، نحوه عملياتي شدن جهاد كبير و آتش به اختيار در ناجا مي‌باشد.

Police, as one of the most important institutions in the country, can influence the various cultural, security and other fields. This research includes the concept of great jihad from the perspective of vision, jihad Akbar from the dimension of orientation and Jihad asghar from the behavioral dimension, Different kinds of jihad according to the interpretations, the relationship of Jihad with the fire, the operation of the Great Jihad and the fire in the Najah.
