بررسي علل و پيامدهاي تكدي‌گري (مورد مطالعه: شهر شهريار)

تكدي‌گري از جمله آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي است كه وجود آن در سطح جامعه مي‌تواند پيامدهاي منفي زيادي را به همراه داشته باشد. بررسي‌هاي مقدماتي، در سال‌هاي اخير، در شهر شهريار نشان مي‌دهد كه حضور اتباع بيگانه در بين متكديان قابل توجه است؛ بنابراين اين تحقيق با هدف شناخت ابعاد و گونه‌هاي تكدي‌گري در شهر شهريار و هم‌چنين بررسي پيامدهاي تكدي‌گري اتباع بيگانه و راه‌كارهاي كاهش تكدي‌گري اتباع بيگانه با توجه به نقش نيروي انتظامي انجام شد. تحقيق حاضر در صدد پاسخ‌گويي به سؤالاتي از قبيلِ، گونه‌هاي تكدي‌گري در شهريار كدامند؟ پيامدهاي تكدي‌گري اتباع بيگانه كدامند؟ و راه‌كارهاي كاهش تكدي‌گري اتباع بيگانه چيست؟ است. براي پاسخ‌گويي به اين سؤالات از چارچوب تحليلي AGIL پارسنزي، كه متناظر بر چهار حوزه اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي و اقتصادي است، استفاده شده است. داده‌هاي تحقيق به روش تركيبي كمي و كيفي همراه با مصاحبه‌هاي عميق با صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهي، انتظامي و متكديان به‌دست آمده است. فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق در خصوص پيامدهاي تكدي‌گري اتباع بيگانه در حوزه‌هاي چهارگانه اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي و اقتصادي تأييد شدند. اصلاح فرايند ساماندهي متكديان، انسداد مرزها، اصلاح قوانين و اطلاع رساني به شهروندان در خصوص پيامدهاي ازدواج با اتباع بيگانه از راه‌كارهاي مهم پيشگيري از تكدي‌گري است.

This study sought to answer the questions such as, What's kind of begging in Sharyar? What are the consequences of begging foreigners? and reduction strategies begging foreigners chest? to answer these questions, we use the analytical framework AGIL Parsons, which correspond to the four areas of social, cultural, political and economic. research data, Using quantitative and qualitative combined with interviews with academic experts, police and beggars, is obtained. Hypotheses about the consequences of begging foreigners in the four areas of social, cultural, political and economic were confirmed. Reform process of Organizing beggars, closing of the border, reform rules and inform citizens about the consequences of marrying foreign nationals is important strategy for the prevention of beggary.
