The Disciplinary Challenges of Garden Halls (Case Study: West of Tehran Province)

امروزه بيش از نيمي از جمعيت جهان در شهرها ساكن هستند و آمارها خبر از درصد بيشتري براي نيمه سده‌ بيست و يك دارد. اين جمعيت شهري نيازهاي متفاوتي هم‌چون مكان مناسب براي مناسبت‌هاي عروسي، جشن تولد، انواع مهماني‌ها و... دارد كه بايستي برآورده شود، باغ‌تالار از آن جمله فضاهاي جديد شهري است كه در پاسخ به اين نيازها به‌وجود آمده است. اما اين فضاها در كنار كاركردهاي تعريف شده به نظر ميرسد كه اثرات منفي هم بر محيط شهري داشته و به نوعي امنيت شهري را دچار تهديد ميكند، علاوه برآن نبايد از نقش آن در اقتصاد شهري و جايگاه باغ تالار در مواقع بحراني و تهديد غافل بود. پژوهش حاضر هر دو بعُد باغ‌تالار را مورد توجه قرار داده، بدين منظور در قالب پرسش نامه محقق‌ساخته بعد از آزمون پايايي آن اقدام به جمع آوري داده ها كرده و با اتمام كار ميداني با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي مركز آماري متوسط و خي دو داده هاي به‌دست آمده مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج به‌دست آمده حاكي از تأييد هر دو روي (ابعاد مثبت و منفي) باغ‌تالار توسط مشاركت‌كنندگان است. به عبارت ديگر پاسخ‌گويان در كنار تأييد اثرات منفي باغ‌تالار هم‌چون بسترسازي براي اعمال منافي عفت و جرايم سازمان‌يافته و پيامدهاي اجتماعي و زيست- محيطي بر جايگاه آن‌ها در اقتصاد شهري و پدافند غير عامل نيز تأكيد داشته‌اند. بر اين پايه لازم است از اين منظر با اين مكان هاي جديد شهري برخورد و طرح سياست كرد.

Today, more than half of world population inhabits in the cities and the statistics acknowledge a more percent for the first half century of twenty one. This urban population has different needs such as a suitable place to hold the weddings, birthday celebration, and various parties and … that should be achieved, and garden hall is from those new urban spaces created in order to answer this need. But it seems that these spaces along the explained functions, have negative effects on both urban environment and in a way threatens the urban security, moreover we should not ignore its role in the economy of the city and the place of garden hall in critical and threatening situations. Present study considers both dimensions of garden hall , for this purpose in the from of a compiled questionnaire and after its reliability test started the collect data and after completing field affair, analyzed the gained results using the tests of statistic center, the mean and chi-square. The gained results states approving both dimensions of garden hall (positive and negative dimensions) by the participants. In other words, the responders along side confirming the negative effects of garden hall such as providing a suitable bed for actions against chastity and organized crimes and social and environmental outcomes, they underscore their situation in the urban economy and passive defense. According to this, it is compulsory to encounter these new urban places from this perspective and set forth polity with.
