Evaluating the Neighborhood with the Approach of Enhancing Women Security (Case Study: Parand Aftab Township)

امنيت از مهم‌ترين توقعات براي زندگي مطلوب در شهرهاست و جنسيت از مهم‌ترين عوامل شخصيتي در درك امنيت به‌شمار ميرود. فضاهاي شهري با در برگرفتن سه بعد كالبد، عملكرد و معنا در صدد افزايش سطح كيفيت زندگي شهري و تشويق شهروندان جهت برقراري هرچه بيش‌تر تعاملات اجتماعي محيط هاي شهري ميباشد. هدف از اين مقاله بررسي ارزيابي سراي محله با رويكرد افزايش امنيت زنان ميباشد. محدوده مورد مطالعه در اين پژوهش شهرك آفتاب شهر جديد پرند بوده و روش پژوهش نيز توصيفي- تحليلي بر پايه پيمايش ميباشد. نحوه جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از طريق پرسش‌نامه مي‌باشد. با توجه به نتايج به‌دست آمده براي مؤلفه حس مكان، رضايت مردم محله شهرك آفتاب، درپي تعاملي مثبت با محيط برآورده شده است. نوظهور بودن محله شهرك آفتاب براي مؤلفه خاطره انگيزي، بيانگر رضايت‌مندي مردم محله ميباشد و حتي با گذر زمان و عجين شدن مردم با محله هاي جديد اين عنصر در امنيت محله تأثير بيش‌تري خواهد گذاشت. همچنين نتايج به‌دست آمده براي مؤلفه ادراك عمومي و لذت بصري با ميانگين 3/08 حد متوسطي را براي نيازهاي زيستي، شناخت محيط، زيبايي شناسي و... در محله قائل شده است؛ حال اين مؤلفه در محله با توجه به آمار به‌دست آمده نيازمند اقدامات بيش‌تري براي جلب رضايت مردم ميباشد. فرم بناها، مواد و مصالح كاربردي در بنا و... در جدول آماري مؤلفه فرم و ريخت شناسي خود عاملي شده براي افزايش رضايت مردم از امنيت محله اي كه در آن زندگي ميكنند.

Among the most important expectations for a desired living in the cities is the security, and gender is from the most important personal factors in understanding security. The urban spaces including three dimensions of body, function and meaning are trying to enhance the urban life quality and encouraging the citizens to more and more social interactions in urban environments. The goal of this article is to study and evaluate the neighborhood with the approach of enhancing women security. The area under study in this research was the Aftab Township in Parand New City and research method is descriptive-analysis based on measurement. The method of data collection is through questionnaire. According to the gained results for the element of feeling the place, we satisfied the people of Aftab township neighborhood through a positive interaction with the environment. The new-emerged Aftab township neighborhood for the element of memorability, shows the neighborhood people's satisfaction and even with the passage of time and people’s gets entangled with new neighborhoods, this factor will have a more effect on the security of neighborhood. Also, the gained results for the element of public understanding and visual enjoyment with the average of 3.08 considered a mean state for the biological needs, environment knowledge, and aesthetic and … in the neighborhood; now this element in the neighborhood according to the gained results needs more measures for attracting people's satisfaction. The form of constructions, material and used materials in construction and … in statistical chart of its element of form and morphology has changed into a factor for enhancing people's satisfaction of the neighborhood in which they live.
