چكيده فارسي :
انسان عصر حاضر، افزون بر دنياي فيزيكي كه از زمان خلقت خود با آن مأنوس بوده و با شرايط و مقتضيات آن خو گرفته، به دنياي جديدي به نام فضاي سايبر پا گذاشته كه از ويژگي‌هاي متمايزي برخوردار است. اين فضا توانمندي‌هايي براي پيش‌برد بهينه امور در اختيار دارد كه بشر را ناگزير از به‌كارگيري بدون تبعيض و فراگير آن در تمامي عرصه‌هاي سياسي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، صنعتي، بهداشت و درمان و حتي نظامي كرده است.
انعطاف‌پذيري و سادگي بي‌نظير در كاربري، حتي موانع سني و ميزان دانش و مهارت را نيز برداشته است. بي‌ترديد، اين وضعيت بيم و اميدهايي را بر‌مي‌انگيزد. اما آن‌چه مسلم است اين كه بهره‌برداري صحيح و سودمند از اين فضا مستلزم رعايت هنجارهايي است كه تخطي از آن‌ها مي‌تواند باعث آسيب‌هايي شود و برخي از آن‌ها حتي مستوجب جرم‌انگاري و مجازات شوند؛ بنابراين در اين پژوهش، بررسي پيش‌گيري وضعي از جرايم سايبري با تأكيد بر محدوده غرب استان تهران با هدف بررسي پيش‌گيري وضعي از جرايم سايبري صورت گرفته است. روش اين پژوهش توصيفي و آماري است. در گردآوري اطلاعات از روش كتابخانه‌اي، اسنادي استفاده شده است و جامعه آماري آن از تعداد كل پرونده‌هاي موجود در سال 97 تعداد 160 فقره پرونده به‌طور تصادفي از جامعه آماري تحت بررسي، استخراج و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.
به موجب يافته‌ها و نتايج حاصله از تجزيه‌‌وتحليل آماري داده‌ها و اطلاعات جمع‌آوري شده از ميدان عملياتي مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.

The man of present century, more over the physical world, with which he has been accustomed since his creation and has habituated with its conditions and requirements, has entered into a new world called cyber space which has distinct properties. This space possesses some capabilities for optimal advancement of affairs which has forced human beings to use it comprehensively and without discrimination in all the political, economical, social, cultural, industrial, health and treatment and even military fields. Flexibility and unique simplicity in usage, has removed the traditional obstacles and the level of knowledge and skill. Undoubtedly, this situation arises some alarms and some hopes. But what is certain is that correct and useful exploitation from this environment necessitates the observance of some normal manners, not obeying could result in some harms and some of them even result in criminalization and punishment. Therefore, this research, studying the situational prevention of cyber crimes with an emphasis on the scope of west of Tehran province was done with the goal of studying the situational prevention of cyber crimes. The method of this study is descriptive and statistical. When data collecting, we used library and documentary method, and its statistical community from the whole amount of existing documents in 1397, we chose randomly 160 documents from the statistical community under study and analyzed them.
On the basis of the results and findings gained by statistically analyzing and studying the data, the information collected from the operation field were under study.
