چكيده فارسي :
فساد يعني از قوانين عدالت سرپيچي كردن و مزايايي را در اختيار عده‌اي از مردم قرار مي‌دهد كه افراد ديگر قادر به بهره مندي از آنها نيستند. فساد سبب انتقال منابع از توده مردم به عده‌اي دست چين شده – يعني از قشر فقير به قشر ثروتمند – مي‌شود. شيوه عملكرد آن باعث افزايش نرخ ماليات‌ها براي شهروندان شده و پول كمتري براي هزينه‌هاي عمومي (جامعه) باقي مي‌گذارد.
دولت‌هاي فاسد از پول كمتري براي تكميل پروژه‌هاي خودشان بهره مند بوده و ميزان حقوق كاركنان جامعه را پايين مي‌آورند كه اين كار به نوبه خود باعث مي‌شود تا كاركناني كه در سطوح پايين‌تري قرار دارند به فشار آوردن به ديگر مردم جامعه و بدست آوردن پول بيشتر از آنها (به شيوه‌هاي غير قانوني مانند رشوه و ...) رو آورند. در نهايت كاركنان دولتي در جوامع فاسد وقت بيشتري را صرف پر كردن جيب خودشان به جاي خدمت به جامعه مي‌كنند. فساد در نهايت منجر به سقوط هرچه بيشتر اقتصاد و دولت منجر مي‌شود.
ريشه‌هاي فساد در تقسيم نابرابر منابع در يك جامعه است. نابرابري اقتصادي سبب ايجاد زميني حاصل خيز براي فساد مي‌شود كه در نهايت به نابرابري‌هايي بيشتر در جامعه منتهي مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Corruption means defying the rules of justice and giving some people the benefits that other people can not take advantage of. Corruption causes the transfer of resources from the masses to hand-crafted individuals - from poor to wealthy corpses. The way it works will raise the tax rate for citizens and leave less money for public spending (community). Corrupt governments have less money to complete their own projects and reduce the salaries of employees in the community, which in turn results in lower levels of employees pushing other people into society and earning more money from them. (In illegal ways such as bribes and ...). Eventually, government employees in more corrupt societies spend more time filling their pockets instead of serving the community. Corruption will ultimately lead to a further decline in the economy and government.
The roots of corruption are in the unequal distribution of resources in a community. Economic inequality creates a fertile ground for corruption, which ultimately leads to more inequalities in society.
