نيازسنجي آموزشي رؤسا و فرماندهان كوپ (مورد مطالعه: فرماندهي انتظامي استان فارس)

Educational needs assessment of chiefs and commanders of police station (Case Study: Fars province police headquarter)

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش نيازسنجي آموزشي رؤساي كلانتري‌ها و فرماندهان پاسگاه‌ها و بخش‌هاي انتظامي فرماندهي انتظامي استان فارس در سال 97 است. روش پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، همه رؤساي كلانتري‌ها و فرماندهان پاسگاه‌ها و بخش‌هاي انتظامي فرماندهي انتظامي استان فارس، به تعداد 230 نفر با ويژگي جمعيت شناختي مختلف (درجه، تحصيلات، سن، سوابق‌كاري) بوده كه حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان به تعداد 140 نفر تعيين شدند. اين مطالعه پيمايشي به روش نيازسنجي دلفي انجام شد. نيازهاي آموزشي توسط 15 نفر از اعضاي گروه دلفي تعيين و با توزيع پرسش‌نامه در بين اعضاي نمونه، اولويت‌بندي شدند. بر اساس نتايج اين پژوهش 49 نياز آموزشي در سه بعد فني، انساني و ادراكي تعيين و داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماري t تك نمونه‌اي به كمك نرم‌افزار آماري spss تجزيه و تحليل شد. بر اساس نتايج به‌دست آمده، 20 نياز آموزشي براي ارتقاي مهارت‌هاي فني با كسب ميانگين تجربي 4/28، 12 نياز آموزشي براي ارتقاي مهارت‌هاي ادراكي با ميانگين 4/20 و 17 نياز آموزشي براي ارتقاي مهارت‌هاي انساني با كسب ميانگين تجربي 4/19 اولويت‌بندي شدند.

The purpose of this study was to assess the educational needs of the chiefs and commanders of police stations and police branches of Fars Province Police Headquarter in 2018. The research method is descriptive and this study is of survey type. The statistical population of this research consisted of all the chiefs and commanders of police stations and police branches of Fars Province Police Headquarter who were 230 people with different demographic characteristics (rank, education, age, career experience). The sample size was calculated to be 140 people according to Morgan’s table. This descriptive survey was conducted using Delphi method of Needs Assessment. Educational needs were determined by 15 members of Delphi group and they were prioritized by distributing questionnaires among sample members. Based on the results of this study, educational needs were prioritized as follows: 20 educational needs for the improvement of technical skills with an experimental average of 4.24, 12 educational needs for the development of cognitive skills with an average of 4.20, and 17 educational needs for the improvement of human skills with an experimental average of 4.19.
