Recognization of economic, social, cultural and psychological needs of the police staff (Case Study: Tehran East Province)

سازمان‌ها اصولاً به منظور رسيدن به هدف‌هايي ايجاد گرديده‌اند، تحقق اهداف سازماني در گرو توانمند ساختن كاركنان با شناخت نيازهاي آنان در زمينه‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و رواني است. بدين منظور، در اين پژوهش اقدام به شناسايي نيازهاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و رواني كاركنان ناجا در شرق استان تهران گرديد. در اين پژوهش از روش پيمايشي استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه شامل تمامي كاركنان ناجا در شرق استان تهران بود كه بين آن‌ها 380 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گرديده و با استفاده از روش نمونه-گيري تصادفي متناسب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند. جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه نياز سنجي محقق ساخته استفاده شد.

asically, Organizations are established primarily in order to achieve some goals. Organizational goals depend on empowering employees with knowing their needs in the economic, social, cultural and psychological. Therefore, in this study we review the economic, social, cultural and psychological needs of the Police staff in East of Tehran. Survey method has been used. The study population consisted of all personnel of the police in East of Tehran that out of which 380 subjects were selected based on Morgan table as the sample and utilizing proportional random sampling have been studied. To collect data needs assessment researcher- made questionnaire was used.
