بررسي مؤلفه‌هاي اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي و اقتصادي سرمايه اجتماعي در فقه و حقوق موضوعه

The review of social, cultural, political and economic component of social capital in law and jurisprudence

از آن‌جايي‌كه سرمايه‌هاي ملي در نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران بسيار گسترده بوده و از نظر شكلي و ماهوي داراي تنوع مي‌باشد، در اين پژوهش بر آن شديم ضمن تعريف و تبيين مفهوم سرمايه اجتماعي و ويژگي‌هاي آن مؤلفه‌هاي سرمايه اجتماعي در فقه و حقوق كشورمان را مورد نگرش و بررسي قرار دهيم. با عنايت به نگارش بسياري مقالات و كتب در اين زمينه بر آن شديم تا براي نخستين بار پژوهشي جامع و شامل در مؤلفه‌هاي حقوقي و فقهي سرمايه‌هاي اجتماعي داشته باشيم و با به‌كارگيري اين مؤلفه‌ها و عرضه آن به جامعه علمي كشور قدمي كوچك در زمينة خدمت به مردم، ايران اسلامي و نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران برداشته باشيم. هدف از نگارش اين مقاله بيان مسائل مجهول و مؤلفه‌ها و ريشه‌هاي حقوقي سرمايه اجتماعي است. اين مقاله جنبه‌هاي جديدي از اين علم را كه آميخته‌اي از علم حقوق، فقه اماميه و علم جامعه‌شناسي مي‌باشد، براي مخاطبان روشن مي‌كند.

s the national capital in the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran is a very broad and diverse in terms of form and substance. In this study, we define the concept of social capital and its features, components of social capital in jurisprudence, attitude and consider our rights. According to the writing of many books and articles in the field, it became the first comprehensive study of the legal and religious components of our social capital and using these components and supply it to the scientific community the small step of serving the people of Iran and the Islamic Republic of Iran be removed. The purpose of this article is unknown and legal elements and origins of social capital. This paper presents new aspects of this science to the mix of law, jurisprudence and sociology of science is to turn the audience.
