چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮐﺮدن ﻣﯿﺰان اﺛﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ وﯾﮋه ﺷﺮق ﺗﻬﺮان اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ.
ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري آن، ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ وﯾﮋه ﺷﺮق ﺗﻬﺮان در ﺳﺎل 1393 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ 320 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪ اي ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار LISREL ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎزه ﻧﻬﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ، ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ و ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﻫﻨﺠﺎري ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﮐﺮد.
ﻧﯿﺮوﻣﻨﺪﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺳﺎزه ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ. در ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺷﺪه، ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻣﺜﺒﺖ دارد (40/. - = GA). در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﺮاي ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اﻓﺰوده ﺷﻮد. ﺑﻬﺒﻮد و ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺳﺒﺐ ﭘﺮرﻧﮓ ﺗﺮ ﺷﺪن ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ وﯾﮋه ﺷﺮق ﺗﻬﺮان ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
he purpose of this study was to determine the structural effect of organizational support on organizational commitment of employees on special Command East Tehran. Study was correlational. The population of this research wer all police personnel in East Tehran in 1393. Sample of 320 subjects were selected by stratified cluster sampling. Participants completed a questionnaire on organizational commitment and organizational support. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with LISREL software. Results showed that the latent construct of organizational commitment can be indicators of emotional support, advocacy, and support continuous operations are defined norm. The strongest indicator of this construct was Emotional commitment.
