بررسي و تحليل جامعه شناختي علل رشد اعتياد صنعتي و سنتي در خراسان رضوي

Sociological study and analysis of the causes of the growth of industrial and traditional addiction in Khorasan Razavi

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي و تحليل جامعه شناختي عوامل موثر بر رشد مصرف مواد مخدر سنتي و صنعتي در استان خراسان رضوي به سفارش دفتر تحقيقات كاربردي فرماندهي انتظامي استان خراسان رضوي در سال 1397-1396 انجام شد. روش: روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش از نوع كيفي است. در اين مطالعه با همكاري سازمان بهزيستي استان خراسان رضوي و نيروي انتظامي خراسان رضوي با تعداد 10 نفر از مصرف كنندگان مصاحبه عميق انجام شد. براي جمع آوري نتايج نهايي با استفاده از تكنيك تحليل محتوا ابتدا شاخص هاي مرتبط با گرايش به مصرف مواد مخدر احصا شد. در اين خصوص تعداد 45 شاخص در ابعاد فردي، فرهنگي- اجتماعي، اقتصادي شناسايي و مؤلفه ها و شاخص هاي مهم مصاحبه اوليه با چارچوب نظري مرتبط تطبيق داده شد. سپس به 23 شاخص تقليل يافت. در ادامه به بررسي شاخص هاي حاصل در مصاحبه ثانويه پرداخته ونهايتا عوامل تأثيرگذار بر رشد مصرف مواد مخدر سنتي و صنعتي دسته بندي و مشخص گرديد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد كه سطح اقتصادي پايين، مشاهده رفتار اعتياد والدين، فقر فرهنگي و اجتماعي شدن ناقص ،كسب تاييد و احساس بزرگي از طريق مصرف مواد، كنجكاوي هدايت نشده در مصرف مواد به عنوان پنج طبقه اصلي از عوامل موثر در رشد مصرف مواد مخدر سنتي و صنعتي نقش داشته است.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate and analyze the sociological factors affecting the growth of traditional and industrial drug use in Khorasan Razavi province by order of the Applied Research Office of the Khorasan Razavi Disciplinary Command in 1397-1397. Method: The research method in this study is qualitative. In this study, 10 in-depth interviews were conducted with the cooperation of Khorasan Razavi Welfare Organization and Khorasan Razavi Police. To collect the final results using content analysis technique, indicators related to drug addiction were first counted. In this regard, 45 indicators in individual, cultural-social, economic dimensions were identified and the important components and indicators of the initial interview were adapted to the relevant theoretical framework. It was then reduced to 23 indices. Then, the indicators obtained in the secondary interview were examined and finally, the factors affecting the growth of traditional and industrial drug use were categorized and identified. Results: The results showed that low economic level, observation of parents' addictive behavior, cultural poverty and incomplete socialization, gaining approval and feeling great through drug use, unguided curiosity in drug use as the five main categories of effective factors in consumption growth Traditional and industrial drugs have played a role.
