اين نوشتار با روش استقرايي تحليلي به دنبال نقش و كاربرد حديث در مباحث الفاظ علم اصول فقه است، مبحث الفاظ يكي از مباحث گسترده اصول فقه است كه ماهيت اعتباري و تحليلي داشته، و اهميت گسترده اي در استنباط احكام فقهي از متون آيات و روايت دارد. پرسش اصلي اين پژوهش اين است كه حديث در مباحث الفاظ علم اصول فقه چه نقش و كاربردي دارد، و اين مبحث به چه ميزان مبتني بر حديث است؟ در مباحث الفاظ علم اصول احاديث به عنوان نمونه و شاهد بر ظهور الفاظ در معاني به كار مي رود. اين كاربرد صحيح و تام است. برخي از موارد ظاهر كلمات اصوليون استدلال به حديث است، كه با تامل و دقت در موارد آن مي توان آن را به عنوان تطبيق قاعده «ادل دليل علي امكان الشيء وقوعه» دانست. يعني با استناد به حديث، معنا را ثابت مي كنند، و در حقيقت استناد به حديث، براي اثبات وجود ظهور براي لفظ در لغت عرب است. در اين نوشتار به نمونه هايي از كاربرد حديث در مباحث مختلف الفاظ همچون: مشتق، اوامر، نواهي، واجب تعبدي و توصلي، وقوع امر بعد ازحظر، دلالت امر بر فور و تراخي، مفاهيم، عام و خاص بحث شده است.

This article employs the inductive-analytical method to examine the role and application of hadith in the discourse on the usage of words in Principles of Jurisprudence. The subject of words [and their usage and meaning] is one of the broad topics of legal theory that has a perceptual and analytical nature, and is of great importance in deducing jurisprudential rulings from the texts of verses and narrations. The main question addressed in this article is: what is the role and application of hadith in relation to the discourse on words in Principles of Jurisprudence and to what extent is this subject based on the hadith? In the discourse on words in Principles of Jurisprudence, hadiths are used as examples and witnesses to the function of words in relation to their meanings. This [type of] application is correct and complete. Some instances of the apparent meanings of words are evinced by the legal theorists from hadith, which, upon reflection and observation, can be regarded as instances of the principle that states: ‘the strongest evidence for the possibility of something is its occurrence’. In other words, they establish the meanings by referring to hadith. In reality, the hadith is referred to in order to prove the existence of the meaning of a word in Arabic. This paper discusses examples of the use of hadith in various discourses on words such as derivatives, commands, proscriptions, types of obligatory actions, the occurrence of a command after a proscription, the implication a command, concepts, general
