بررسي اثربخشي آموزش‌هاي عملي دانشجويان دافوس بر عملكرد مديريتي آنان (مورد مطالعه: دوره 21 دافوس)

Investigation the effectiveness of practical training of Dafos students on their management performance (Case study: Dafus period 21)

در جهان معاصر، سازمان‌ها و موسسات ركن اصلي جوامع هستند و شرايط مختلف زماني و مكاني و نيز نيازهاي گوناگون انسانها باعث ظهور و گسترش روزافزون سازمان‌ها و موسسات مختلف شده‌اند. سازمان‌ها براي حفظ بقاء و پيشرفت به بهبود مستمر عملكرد خود نياز دارند و منابع انساني، سرمايه‌هاي بنيادي سازمان‌ها و منشاء هرگونه تحول و نوآوري در آنها تلقي مي‌شوند. بديهي است كه سازمان هنگامي مي‌تواند در به انجام رساندن ماموريت‌ها و رسيدن به اهداف خود موفق گردد كه مديراني توانمند و كارآمد زمام امور را به دست داشته باشند. اين مطالعه اثربخشي آموزش‌هاي عملي دانشجويان دافوس بر دانش حرفه‌اي، بينش حرفه‌اي و مهارت حرفه‌اي آنان را مورد بررسي قرارداده و نتيجه اين فرايند را به صورت علمي بر عملكرد مديريتي دانش آموختگان مورد سنجش قرار مي دهد. جامعه آماري شامل 96 نفر از دانشجويان دوره 21 دافوس بوده كه پس از گذراندن آموزش هاي نظري و تئوري خود در دانشكده دافوس در مهرماه و بهمن ماه سال 1393 جهت سپري نمودن آموزش هاي عملي و كار در عرصه و ادامه خدمت خود تواما" به رده هاي تابعه ناجا در سراسر كشور اعزام و در حال حاضر در مشاغل فرماندهي و مديريتي لايه اول و دوم ناجا عهده دار مسئوليت مي باشند. داده هاي اوليه توسط دو پرسشنامه جداگانه («ويژه دانش آموختگان» و«ويژه فرماندهان و مسئولان مستقيم دانش آموختگان») جمع آوري و ضمن اخذ اطلاعات حاصل از اجراي پرسشنامه ها اثربخشي آموزش هاي عملي دانشكده دافوس را از منظر كليه دانشجويان دوره 21 دافوس دانشگاه علوم انتظامي و فرماندهان و مديران بلافصل آنان به داده هاي عددي تبديل و با استفاده از بسته نرم افزار آماري SPSS و آزمون T مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار داده است، مدل مفهومي پژوهش در حالت تخمين استاندارد و ضرايب معناداري مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج بدست آمده با تأييد فرضيه هاي پژوهش تأثير معني داري آموزش ها را بر عملكرد مديريتي دانش آموختگان از منظر آنان و فرماندهان و مديران مستقيم شان به تفكيك نشان مي دهد.

Nowadays, organizations and institutions are the main pillar of societies, and the different situations of time and space as well as the various needs of humans have led to the emergence and expansion of various organizations and institutions. Organizations need to continuously improve their performance in order to maintain survival and progress; and human resources, are fundamental capital of organizations, and the source of any change and innovation. Obviously, the organization can succeed in accomplishing its missions and achieve its goals by using powerful and efficient managers to handle the affairs. This study examines the effectiveness of Dafos students' practical training on professional knowledge, professional insights and professional skills, and evaluateas the outcome of this process in a scientific manner on the management's performance of graduates. The statistical population consisted of 96 students from the 21st Dafos, who were sent to NAJA subsidiaries throughout the country, for passing practical training and staffing, after completing their theoretical training at the faculty of Dafos in March and February 2015, and now are employing in the administrative and managing jobs of NAJA. The primary datasets were collected by two separate questionnaires ("special for graduates" and "special for commanders of direct commanders of graduates"). Then, collecting the information obtained from the questionnaires, the effectiveness of practical trainings of the faculty of Dafos was converted to numerical data from the viewpoint of the student of the 21st Dafos University of police department and their immediate commanders and directors, using SPSS software package and T test. The conceptual model of the research was studied in the case of standard estimation and meaningful coefficients. Results showed that the research hypothesis has a significant impact on the management performance of the graduates from their point of view and their direct managers and directors.
