استحكام‌بخشي ساخت‌دروني قدرت نظام ج.ا.ا با تكيه بر ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري

Strengthening the Internal Structure of Power in the System of the Islamic Revolution of Iran; Emphasizing the View of the Supreme Leader

نگراني از به خطر افتادن موجوديت نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران به‌ويژه وجه انقلابي‌گري آن، ناشي از علل و عوامل مختلف از جمله آسيب‌پذيري اقتصاد ملي از تحريم‌هاي ضدّ ايراني غرب و شكل‌گيري ايدة حل مشكلات كشور از طريق مذاكره نزد برخي نخبگان، سبب تأكيد بيش از پيش مقام معظم رهبري بر ايدة «استحكام‌بخشي ساخت‌دروني قدرت» شد. از اين‌رو در پژوهش حاضر تلاش بر آن است تا چيستي، چرايي و چگونگي اين ايده از ديدگاه رهبر انقلاب بررسي شود. پژوهش به شيوة توصيفي تحليلي انجام شده و يافته‌هاي آن نشان مي‌دهد، اين موضوع از ديدگاه ايشان، معطوف به تقويت همة ابعاد قدرت نظام بوده و تأكيد بر آن در برهة كنوني، ناظر بر چگونگي تداوم پيشرفت كشور در عين وجود فشارهاي خارجي و ضرورت حفظ هويت انقلابي نظام است. ايشان تحقق اين مهم را مستلزم انجام اقداماتي در دو سطح ساخت حقيقي و ساخت حقوقي نظام مي‌دانند. در سطح ساخت حقيقي، همانا توجه به آرمان‌هاي اصلي و هندسة انقلاب اسلامي در سياست‌گذاري و اقدام و در سطح ساختِ حقوقي، همة عوامل و متغيرهايي كه به تقويت كارآمدي نظام منجر مي‌شود، موردتوجه ايشان است.

Worries about the endangered existence of the system of the Islamic revolution of Iran - particularly its revolutionary dimension- which results from a number of factors including vulnerability of national economy to anti-Iran sanctions of the west and promotion of the idea among elites saying that problems of the country are solvable through negotiation, brought about over-emphasis on the “strengthening internal structure of power in the system” by the supreme leader. Thus, employing a descriptive- analytical method, the current research tries to shed light on the nature and quality of this idea by the supreme leader. The results shows that in the view of the leader the strengthening encompasses all dimension of the power in the system while the emphasis in the current condition revolves around sustaining the country’s development and the necessity of preserving the revolutionary identity of the system in spite of foreign pressure. According to the supreme leader these objectives are fulfilled through implementing measures at two levels of real and legal structures of the system including adherence to major goals (ideals) and geometry of the Islamic revolution in policy making at the level of real structure and building up all variables and factors which results in the efficiency of system at the level of legal structure.
