چكيده فارسي :
مقاله نگاري سهم فراواني در پژوهش و توليد علم كشور دارد. يكي از موضوعات محوري مورد تأكيد مستمر مقام معظم رهبري(دام ظله) در ديدار با استادان دانشگاه ها، ارائه شاخص هاي مقاله مطلوب است. از نگاه معظم له، استفاده از ظرفيت مقاله براي ايفاي نقش متعهدانه و هدايت گرانه در جامعه ضروري است. ايشان ضمن تمجيد از توليد كمّي مقالات، به ويژه مقاله هاي استنادي، بر لزوم حفظ اين جنبه همراه با رعايت حد اعلاي كيفيّت و مراعات جهتِ مطلوب در كنار كميّت، تأكيد دارند. ايشان از مقاله مطلوب به عنوان «علم نافع» ياد كرده و ويژگيهايي همچون ضروت تأمين نيازهاي كشور، نوآوري، شكستن مرزهاي دانش، رعايت ضوابط جاري، نمايان شدن آثار تحقيق علمي در اجتماع، دشمنستيزي، كسب مرجعيت علمي و يا تكميل كنندگي زنجيره تحقيق، اتقان، متانت و رعايت حد اعلاي توان علمي را براي آن برميشمارند.
چكيده لاتين :
Article development has a critical role in research and scientific production of a country. One of the axial issues emphasized by the supreme leader during his last meeting with the university professor and faculty members was explaining the standards of an ideal article. In the viewpoint of the leader, putting the capacities of scientific articles for fulfilling a responsible and guiding role is the dire need of the society. Acclaiming the quantitative growth of the articles, especially highly-cited ones, the leader underscored the importance of sustaining this growth as well as increasing the quality of scientific productions to an ultimate extent. Assimilating the ideal article to a “beneficial science”, the leader mentioned satisfying the needs of the country, innovation, transgression of boundaries of knowledge, adherence to the current regulations of article development, exerting influence on the society, acquiring scientific authority, complementing the research cycle, accuracy, firmness and observance for the utmost scientific power of the country as characteristics of an ideal article
