بررسي نقش آموزش‌هاي تخصصي كاركنان پليس بر اثربخشي سازماني (مطالعه موردي ف.ا استان خراسان رضوي)

Investigating the Role of Specialized Police Officers on Organizational Effectiveness (A Case Study of Khorasan Razavi Province Police)

نيروي انساني در هر سازماني جزء با ارزش ترين و با اهميت ترين اجزاء آن سازمان بوده و هر سازمان در بدو استخدام ضمن هزينه كرد بسيار در اين امر با اهدافي از پيش تعيين شده جهت سازمان مطبوع خود در راستاي اثر بخشي بيشتر از راه كارهاي مختلفي همچون آموزش تخصصي بهره مي‌گيرد تا بتواند با آن به اهداف عاليه خود با حداقل هزينه‌ها و با بالاترين درجه كارايي و اثربخشي برسد. يكي از مهمترين و ضروريترين ملاك‌هاي سنجش آموزش كاركنان به منظور اثربخشي سازماني، ارزيابي دوره‌هاي آموزش تخصصي آنان از اين نظر است. تحقيق پيش‌رو با هدف بررسي و شناسايي نقش آموزش‌هاي تخصصي كاركنان پليس بر اثربخشي سازماني صورت پذيرفته و به عبارتي بدنبال پاسخ‌دهي به اين سئوال اساسي است كه؛ آموزش‌هاي تخصصي كاركنان پليس چه تأثيري بر اثربخشي سازماني دارد؟ اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي و با روش اسنادي ـ كتابخانه‌اي تدوين گرديده است. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه هرچند سازمان نيروي انتظامي در زمينه بهره‌وري دوره‌هاي آموزش تخصصي با هدف اثربخشي سازماني گام‌هاي مؤثري برداشته است، ليكن نياز است با بازنگري و طرح‌ريزي مجدد فرايند آموزش‌هاي تخصصي كاركنان، نقش آموزش‌هاي تخصصي كاركنان پليس بر اثربخشي سازماني را ارتقاء بخشد.

Human resources in each organization is one of the most valuable and most important components. Each organization spends a lot of money on this issue at the time of recruitment, with its predetermined goals of its organization, in order to further enhance the effectiveness of the work. It uses a variety of specialized trainings to achieve its high goals with the least cost and the highest degree of efficiency and effectiveness. One of the most important and essential criteria for assessing staff training for organizational effectiveness is the assessment of their specialized training courses in this regard. The research has been conducted with the aim of investigating and identifying the role of specialized police personnel training on organizational effectiveness. In other words, this study aims to answer the following question: What impact does the specialized training of police staff have on organizational effectiveness? by using documents-library resources, this research has been developed in a practical way. The results of the research indicate that although the police forces have taken effective steps in the field of productivity of specialized training courses with the goal of organizational effectiveness, it is necessary to revise and re-plan the staff training process, to enhance the role of specialized police staff training on organizational effectiveness.
