چكيده فارسي :
امروزه بزه‌ديدگي زنان بعنوان معضلي اجتماعي، بسيار شيوع دارد. در اين ميان زناني هستند كه علاوه بر آسيب‌پذيري بالقوه، بخاطر مهاجر بودن و در اقليت بودن نيز بيشتر بزه‌ديده مي‌شوند. زنان مهاجر اغلب در كشور‌هاي بيگانه بخاطر تفاوت‌هاي فرهنگي اوضاع بساماني نداشته‌اند و گاهي شرايط نامساعد محل سكونت، اوضاع فردي و خانوادگي آنها و... به آسيب‌پذيري بيشترشان دامن مي‌زند.
قابل ذكر است كه بررسي وضعيت زنان مهاجرافغان كه در كشور خود بزه-ديده جرايم مختلف هستند و به مشهد مهاجرت كرده‌اند، كار پژوهشي پيش‌رو را فراهم كرده است. اين پژوهش سعي دارد به شيوه پيمايشي انواع بزه‌ديدگي زنان مهاجر افغان ساكن در مشهد را شناسايي كند و اطلاعاتي از سيماي جنايي مشهد و ميزان گزارش بزه-ديدگي زنان افغان به پليس را ارائه دهد. قابل ذكر است كه از پژوهش حاضر اين نتايج حاصل شد كه زنان افغان در مشهد قرباني انواع جرايم مي‌باشند؛ حال‌آنكه از پربسامدترين جرايم عليه آنها مي‌توان به انواع مزاحمت‌هاي خياباني، توهين و فحاشي انواع تعرضات جنسي و آزارهاي همسر اشاره كرد.
زنان افغان بدليل جنسيت خود، در جرايمي نظير مزاحمت‌هاي‌خياباني، تعرضات جنسي و خشونت همسران موارد بيشتري از بزه‌ديدگي را تجربه كرده‌اند. همچنين آنها بدليل مهاجر بودن نيز در جرم توهين و فحاشي بزه‌ديدگي بيشتري را متحمل شده-اند. با اين وجود آنها نمي‌توانند از اين معضل، بخاطر ترس از آبروريزي، طرد شدن از سوي دوستان، اخراج از ايران و... سخن بگويند كه اين خود سبب افزايش احساس افسردگي، انزوا طلبي و رفتار پرخاشگرايانه آنها از يك سو و بالارفتن آمار سياه بزه‌ديدگي از سوي ديگر مي‌شود. در نهايت امر محقق با توجه به ضرورت انجام پژوهش در اين رابطه از يك سو و خلاءهاي تحقيقاتي موجود از سوي ديگر، به انتخاب اين موضوع و بررسي ابعاد آن به شيوه‌ي پيمايشي- اسنادي اقدام نموده است.

Today victimization of women as a social problem, very prevalent. The women who, in addition to potential vulnerabilities, for migrants and minorities are being more victim. Immigrant women are often in foreign countries due to the fragility of cultural differences have sometimes adverse conditions of residence, the individual and their family and most of the damage. It is noteworthy that the status of women refugees in their own country are the victim of crime have migrated to Mashhad, leading research work has provided. This research tries Victimization survey of Afghan refugee women residing in Mashhad, Mashhad and the criminal aspect of detecting and intelligence of Afghan women to the police crime report to offer. It is noteworthy that these results were obtained from this study that Afghan women in Mashhad are victims of crime, however, that the most frequent crime against them can be a variety of street harassment, insults and obscenities of rape and abuse of wife noted. Finally achieved due to the need for research in this regard, on the one hand and gaps in existing research on the other hand, the choice of this subject and its dimensions in the style of a documentary- survey has taken.
