چكيده فارسي :
با گذشت زمان جرم‌شناسان متوجه شدند كه مكان‌هاي خاصي بر ميزان وقوع جرم تأثيرگذار مي‌باشند. به نحوي كه با گسترش شهرها، در محدوده آن‌ها كانون‌هايي شكل مي‌گيرند كه جرايم بيشتري نسبت به محدوده‌هاي ديگر در آن‌ها روي مي‌دهد. پژوهش حاضر كه با موضوع شناسايي و تحليل كانون‌هاي جرم سرقت مغازه در محدوده جغرافيايي شهر سمنان صورت گرفته است از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافيايي و همچنين نرم‌افزار SPSS به منظور تحليل‌هاي فضايي ـ مكاني و همچنين زماني استفاده شده است.
در اين پژوهش جرايم ارتكابي سرقت مغازه از تاريخ 1394/1/1 تا 1394/12/29 در محدوده قانوني شهر سمنان به عنوان جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. روش تحقيق در پژوهش حاضر تحليلي و توصيفي و داده‌ها و اطلاعات مورد نياز پژوهش با دو روش كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني تهيه شده است. نتيجه پژوهش نشان داد مهم‌ترين كانون‌هاي سرقت مغازه در محدوده چهارراه مازندران تا ميدان امام واقع شده است كه جزء محدوده كاملاً تجاري شهر سمنان محسوب مي‌شوند، شكل گرفته است. از نظر زماني نيز خرداد ماه بالاترين ميزان وقوع را در بين ساير ماه‌ها داراست. همچنين از نظر توزيع در طي ايام هفته و ساعات شبانه روز، روزهاي ابتدائي هفته و همچنين ساعات اوليه روز بالاترين ميزان و اواخر هفته و ساعات شب كه مغازه‌ها تعطيل مي‌باشند كمترين ميزان گزارش سرقت انجام شده است.

Over time, criminologists discovered that certain places are affecting the amount of crime occurring. In such a way that with the expansion of cities, they form the focal points within their range, in which there are more crimes than other areas. The current research, which deals with the identification and analysis of shop stealing cases in the geographical area of Semnan, has been used by Geographic Information System as well as SPSS software for spatial and temporal analysis as well as time. In this study, the crimes committed by the shop stealing from 1/1/1394 to 29/12/1394 were studied in the legal area of Semnan as a statistical society. The method of research in this research is analytical and descriptive, and the data and information required for research is provided by two methods of library and field studies. The result of the study showed that the most important shops for stealing from Mazandaran crossroads to Imam Square, which are considered as a part of the commercial area of Semnan city, have been formed. In terms of time, June also has the highest incidence among other months. Distribution during the week and night hours, the early days of the week, as well as the early hours of the day, the highest rates, and the late hours of the week and the opening hours of the shops, have been the lowest reported in the theft.
