طراحي و ايجاد كمپ خدماتي تفريحي-گردشگري در راستاي ايمني و آسايش مسافران مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي-تحليلي است و گردآوري اطلاعات از طريق منابع و بررسي هاي ميداني انجام خواهدشد. كمپ ها استراحتگاه‌هايي هستند كه در مسيرها يا در مناطق ديدني و خوش آب وهوا و به عنوان يك سايت تفريحي-گردشگري و ارائه خدمات به مسافران احداث مي شوند و مي تواند مكاني امن جهت استفاده كنندگان آن در كوهستان قرار گيرد.
استان تهران به لحاظ طبيعي، منطقه اي ويژه و منحصربه فرد است. در روزهاي تعطيل، هزاران گردشگر و مسافر را براي گردشگري و اقامت موقت و گذران اوقات فراغت به سوي خود جذب مي كند. مكان يابي كمپينگ بر اساس ويژگي هاي طبيعي،تاريخي، ورزشي و...صورت مي گيرد. در اطراف تهران هيچ گونه استراحتگاه، فضاي تفريحي و امكانات و خدمات وجود ندارد، بنابراين، وجود يك كمپ تفريحي-گردشگري و ورزشي بسيار ضروري است. در اين مقاله پس از بررسي مباني نظري، تحليل اقليم و بررسي سايت، برنامه ريزي فيزيكي و طراحي بر اساس اصول ايمني و آسايش طراحي كمپ انجام خواهد شد محدوده انتخابي در دركه تهران جزء اقليم هاي سرد و نيمه خشك كوهستاني است و براي تفريح هاي زمستانه و تابستانه بسيار مناسب است. سايت كمپ، به سمت كوه و به طور كلي به توپوگرافي زيبا ديد دارد و از طرف ديگر منظر شهري تهران را در مقابل دارد. منظور از شرايط آسايش اقليمي انسان،مجموعه شرايطي است كه ازنظرحرارتي حداقل براي 80 درصد از افراد مناسب باشد. وضعيت آب و هوايي يك منطقه از جمله مهمترين عوامل موثر در جهت جذب گردشگر و يا بالعكس تضعيف آن مي‌باشد. در واقع مديريت منابع و توسعه گردشگري بايد بصورتي انجام گيرد كه در كنار تأمين نيازهاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيباشناختي تماميت فرهنگي، فرايندهاي ضروري زيست‌محيطي، تنوع زيستي و سيستم هاي بقا حفظ گردند.

Selection range in Tehran's Dreka is part of the cold and semi-arid mountainous climates and for winter recreation and the summer is very suitable. The site of the camp, towards the mountain and in general, has a beautiful topography, and on the other hand, Tehran's urban landscape is opposite.
