چكيده فارسي :
در جوامع انساني همواره كشمكش و در گيري، نزاع بر سر تصاحب منافع حداكثري، انتقام جويي و تعرض به حقوق يكديگر امري شايع بوده است. در عصر حاضر نيز جرايم نوظهوري همچون جرايم مافيايي و سازمان يافته، جرايم امنيتي، اقتصادي و موادمخدر و حتي برخي از جرايم خرد نظير سرقت احساس امنيت را مختل مي‌سازد كه اقدام جدي جهت مبارزه با آن‌ها را ضروري و روشن ساخته است.
سازمان‌هاي تامين كننده امنيت به منظور پيشگيري از جرايم روش‌هاي متعدد و متفاوتي را بكار مي‌گيرند كه در قالب پيشگيري كيفري، وضعي و اجتماعي دسته بندي مي‌شود. محقق در اين پژوهش كه با روش كتابخانه‌اي همراه با توصيف و تحليل داده‌ها صورت گرفت در مي‌يابد كه تنوع و پيچيدگي جرائم وبزهكاري، تنوع رويكردهاي مقابله و پيشگيري از جرم را ايجاب مي كند. بنابراين در عمل نمي‌توان سازمان پليسي را پيدا كرد كه صرفاً و بطور خاص به يك رويكرد پيشگيري وابسته باشد و خود را از ساير رويكردها محروم كند. رويكردهاي مختلف، هر يك كارايي خاص خود را دارند و در خصوص برخي از جرائم يا گروه خاصي از مجرمان اثر بخشي بالاتري دارند و طبعاً يك سازمان پليس موفق در امر پيشگيري بايد از مجموع اين رويكردها كمال بهره برداري را به عمل آورد.

In human societies, raisins, conflicts over maximum interests, revenge, and harassment of the rights of each other have always been rampant. In the present era, the emerging crimes of mafia and organized crime, security, economic, and drug crimes and even some minor crimes such as robbery disrupts the sense of security that has made it necessary to take serious action to combat them. . Providers of security are using a variety of methods to prevent crime, which are categorized as criminal, social, and social prevention. The researcher in this study, which carried out with the library methodology, with the description and analysis of the data, finds that the diversity and complexity of offenses and crime require a variety of coping approaches and crime proceeding. Therefore, in practice, one can not find a police organization that relies solely and specifically on a preventive approach and deprives itself of other approaches. Different approaches each have their own specific performance and are more effective in some of the offenses or a specific group of offenders. Naturally, a successful police organization must take advantage of all these approaches.
