در عصر حاضر يكي از بزرگترين پيشرفت هاي مهم بشر در حوزه ارتباطات رخ داده است. تلفن همراه امروز به عنوان ابزار و وسيله لاينفك زندگي روزمره افراد تبديل شده و اغلب از امور روزانه افراد با استفاده از اين فناوري انجام مي شود. البته اين پديده جذاب ارتباطي خواسته يا ناخواسته مشكلاتي در زمينه هاي مختلف به خصوص در حوزه هاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي در جوامع بشري به جا گذاشته است كه اين امر خود موجب پيدايش تحولات شگرف در رفتار انسان ها شده است. كشور ما نيز در اين مقوله مستثني نيست و اقشار مختلف مردم با بهره برداري از تلفن همراه و فناوري هاي مرتبط با آن از جمله اينترنت و شبكه هاي اجتماعي دچار اين تغير رفتار شده اند. دختران نوجوان و جوان از جمله گروه هايي هستند كه گرايش زيادي به استفاده از مبايل دارند و گاهاً دچار اعتياد اينترنتي مي شوند و در گستره اين نوع از ارتباطات مجازي گرفتار آسيب هايي چون ارتباط با جنس مخالف، افت تحصيلي و گوشه گيري مي گردند. از همين رو محقق در اين پژوهش و با بررسي رفتار دختران دبيرستاني شهرستان هاي سمنان و مهديشهر به دنبال سنجش رابطه معنادار بين متغير استفاده از تلفن همراه و آسيب هاي مورد اشاره است و در پايان و پس از تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي آماري راهكارهايي را پيشنهاد مي كند.
