The role of urban planning in promoting and improving urban security (Case study of Damghan city)

ارزيابي برنامه ريزي و طرّاحي محيطي شهر دامغان، نوعي رويكرد هدفمند در جهت كاهش جرائم در محيط هاي مصنوع شهر ايجاد ميكند كه به طور مؤثري در افزايش سرمايه اجتماعي، بهبود كيفيّت و افزايش رضايت مندي شهروندي دامغان تأثير بسزايي دارد لذا هدف از انجام اين پژوهش ارزيابي تأثير برنامه ريزي شهري در امنيت شهري و كاهش جرم شهر دامغان قرار گرفت. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت توصيفي-پيمايشي ميباشد. جامعه اماري تحقيق 30 نفر از خبرگان حوزه برنامه ريزي شهري و كارشناسان حقوق و نيروي انتظامي بودند. در اين تحقيق پس از جمع آوري داده ها، از نرم افزارسوپردسيژن به تحليل شبكه اي داده ها جهت تعيين وزن هر معيار و زير معيار پرداخته شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه از بين معيارهاي 5 گانه تحقيق، تقويت قلمروهاي طبيعي با وزن 0.435 در رتبه نخست قرار گرفته و بيشترين اثرگذاري را بر كاهش جرائم شهري دامغان دارد. نظارت طبيعي با وزن 0.266 در جايگاه دوم اثر گذاري قرار گرفته است. پس از آن متغير هاي كنترل و دسترسي (0.141) و حمايت از فعاليتهاي اجتماعي (0.091) و تعمير و نگهداري (0.041) در رتبه هاي سوم تا پنجم قرار گرفته اند. بكارگيري استراتژيهاي بازدارندگي بوسيله ارگانهاي برنامه ريزي اجتماعي،همچنين استفاده از تابلوها، علائم و نشانه هاي بصري از طريق هنر ارتباط تصويري در كنار بكارگيري مستمر فضا از طريق راهكارهاي طراحي از گزينه هايي بودند كه بيشترين اثر را در رتبه بندي معيارهاي تحقيق داشته اند.

Urban planning and design assessment creates a targeted approach to reducing crimes in the city's artifacts, which has a significant effect on increasing social capital, improving the quality and increasing citizenship satisfaction of Damghan. Thanks to this research, the impact assessment of the program Urban planning in urban security and crime reduction in Damghan city. This research is applied in terms of applied and descriptive-survey nature. The survey community was 30 experts in the field of urban planning and law enforcement and law enforcement experts. In this research, after data collection, the data were analyzed from data processing software to determine the weight of each criterion and sub criteria. The results of the research showed that among the five criteria of the research, the strengthening of natural territories with a weight of 0.435 per rank First, it has the most impact on Damghan's urban crime reduction. The normal view of 0.266 is second to none. After that, control and access variables (0.141) and support for social activities (0.091) and maintenance maintenance (0.041) are ranked third to fifth. The use of deterrent strategies by social planning bodies, as well as the use of signs, signs and Visual cues through art video communication, along with continuous use of space through design strategies, were the ones that had the most impact on ranking the research criteria.
