شناسايي و اولويت‌بندي عوامل اثرگذار بر وقوع تصادفات جاده‌اي (مطالعه موردي: جاده‌هاي استان سمنان)

Identification and prioritization of factors affecting the occurrence of road accidents

تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناسايي و اولويت‌بندي عوامل اثرگذار بر وقوع تصادفات جاده‌اي در استان سمنان به انجام رسيده است. پژوهش به ديد هدف از نوع مطالعات كاربردي و از ديد جمع آوري داده‌هاي مورد نياز تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي محسوب مي‌شود. براي جمع آوري داده‌هاي مورد نياز جهت تجزيه و تحليل بعد از شناسايي شاخص‌هاي مؤثر بر وقوع تصادفات، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته زوجي بهره برداري و با استفاده از تحليل سلسله مراتبي چانگ ((2005)Y-Li-Chang)، نتايج مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. نتايج حاصله نشان مي‌دهد كه از ميان چهار شاخه اصلي وسيله نقليه با 72/3 درصد بيشترين تأثير و جاده با 2 درصد كمترين تأثير را در وقوع تصادفات جاده‌اي در استان سمنان را دارا مي‌باشند. همچنين از ميان 19 عامل زير فرعي مؤثر، 7 عامل كمترين ميزان تأثير را دارد و عدم ايمني خودروها بيشترين تأثيرگذاري را در وقوع تصادفات جاده‌اي در استان را به خود اختصاص داده است.

the present study aimed to recognize and prioritize the factors affecting road accidents in Semnan province. the present study is an applied research by nature and a descriptive_survey based on the data collocation procedures. having determined the influential factors on road accidents, a paired researcher-developed questionnaire was used to collect the data. the data were analyzed using Chang hierarchical analysis. the findings show that among the four influential factors, the vehicles proved the most effective (0.723) and the environment proved the least effective (0.0000) on accident in Semnan province. moreover, among 19 sub-factors affecting road accidents in semnan province, 7 factors were reported to have the least effect and lack of safety within the vehicles was reported the most effective factor.
