Investigating the Relationship Between Law Enforcement and Inner Traffic Accidents in Semnan Province in 1395

يكي از مؤثرترين راهكارها در كاهش تصادفات، تخلفات و افزايش ايمني در رانندگي، شناســايي پارامترهاي مؤثر بر تصادفات و اثرسنجي آن‌ها است. به نظر مي‌رسد با توجه به آمار بالاي تصادفات و اهميت جان انسان‌ها و همچنين اثرات اقتصادي تصادفات، شناسايي عوامل مؤثر و اولويت‌بندي آن‌ها گره‌گشا باشد. اين تحقيق به دنبال رابطه بين اعمال قانون و تصادفات درون شهري استان سمنان در سال 1395 مي‌باشد. روش تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش و ماهيت تحليلي و توصيفي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل تعداد تصادفات صورت گرفته در داخل شهرهاي استان سمنان و ميزان اعمال قانون انجام شده در سال 1395 مي‌باشد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات مجموع آمار تخلفات حادثه‌ساز اعمال قانون شده و تعداد تصادفات ثبت شده مي‌باشد. در اين مقاله آمار و اطلاعات ترافيكي از ستاد پليس راهور استان سمنان اخذ گرديده كه پس از بررسي و تجزيه تحليل اطلاعات و مقايسه عملكرد پليس راهور شهرستان‌هاي استان سمنان به اين نتيجه دست يافته‌ايم كه اعمال قانون تخلفات حادثه‌ساز نتيجه مستقيم و معكوس در كاهش تصادفات درون شهري داشته است كه به صورت انفرادي آمار عملكرد هر شهرستان با تعداد تصادفات به وقوع پيوسته در جداول مجزا بررسي و نشان داده شده است.

One of the most effective solutions in reducing accidents, violations and increasing safety in driving, identifying the parameters affecting accidents and their impact. It seems that due to the high accident rate and the importance of human life as well as the economic effects of these accidents, identifying the effective factors and their vulnerability is knotty. This research seeks to investigate the relationship between law enforcement and civilian crashes in Semnan province in 1395. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of analytical and descriptive method and nature. The statistical population of this study is the number of accidents occurring inside the cities of Semnan province and the extent of law enforcement performed in 1395. The data collection tool is the total number of violations committed by law and the number of registered accidents. In this article traffic statistics and traffic data from the police headquarters of the provincial capital of Semnan province have been obtained. After analyzing the information and comparing the performance of the police in the cities of Semnan province, we have concluded that the application of the law of incidental offenses resulted in direct and reverse decreases in the reduction Inner city accidents have been investigated and individually analyzed the performance of each city with the number of accidents occurring in separate tables.
