چكيده فارسي :
مسئله بد حجابي يكي از پيامدهاي جنگ نرم دشمنان انقلاب اسلامي در قالب تهاجم فرهنگي است كه طي سال هاي اخير بعنوان يكي از اصلي ترين مباحث و موضوعات مورد توجه مسئولان نظام در سطوح مختلف و مردم مي باشد . پليس امنيت اخلاقي از مجموعه هاي پليس اطلاعات و امنيت عمومي متولي مقابله با پديده بدحجابي است كه اقداماتي را در حوزه هاي مختلف معمول داشته است .هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي ميزان اثربخشي اقدامات پليس امنيت اخلاقي در مقابله با بدحجابي(مورد مطالعه: شهر قزوين) ميباشد.اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت ، از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي – پيمايشي است كه به صورت ميداني انجام شده است . همچنين به منظور تدوين مباني نظري از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي استفاده شده است . جامعهي آماري تحقيق شامل كليه زنان شهر قزوين كه تعداد آنها 199046 نفر مي باشد كه حجم نمونه با استفاده از نمونه گيري خوشه اي و از طريق فرمول كوكران 400 نفر تعيين گرديد. ابزار اندازهگيري، پرسشنامه ميباشد. روايي محتوايي و شكلي پرسشنامه، با نظر كارشناسي متخصصان مربوطه تأئيد گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين متغيرهاي عوامل مربوط به اقدامات كيفري، وضعي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي پليس امنيت اخلاقي و مقابله با بدحجابي در سطح 1 درصد خطا رابطه معني دار وجود دارد. نتايج حاصل از تحليل رگرسيون با استفاده از روش چندگانه گام به گام نيز مشخص نمود كه سه متغير عوامل اقدامات اجتماعي، فرهنگي و وضعي پليس امنيت اخلاقي 62 درصد از تغييرات در متغير وابسته يعني اثرگذاري اقدامات يادشده پليس امنيت اخلاقي در مقابله با بد حجابي را ايجاد مينمايند.

Transformation of social & cultural structure necessitates changing of people’s fashion; it is for the same necessity that as the first step of prevailing over another nation, the invading culture changes taste of fashion in the invaded nation. Islamic clothing and hijab not only is influential on individual and social performances but also improves security and social and mental condition of people. Hijab is a symbol with which an Iranian Muslim woman is identified and it is an influential factor through which social and individual security is achieved. Yet for long it has been threatened. It is of great significance to understand the internal and external factors that affect people’s decision of the type of clothes to wear. This essay is the result of a scientific research conducted through surveying 383 inhabitants of Ghazvin city, all above 15, selected on the basis of compound sampling (systematic random and cluster sampling proportionate to the size of the statistical society). Research goal: Identification of excitatory and inhibitory factors that affect development of hijab and dignity in the society and the role of Hijab in social security. According to the findings, 92.4% of citizens, consider hijab as an Islamic rule and as an obligation; 83.35% believe that hijab is a proof for Muslim’s identity. Majority of women in Ghazvin city (72%) do not believe it an entitlement for girls to choose their style of clothing and this conveys that culture of people in Ghazvin city is against promiscuousness and do not consent to it. According to citizens of Ghazvin (98.2%) , propagation and institutionalization of sin avoidance culture in the society, and having faith in the God’s presence and in God’s supervision over out deeds, and believing in resurrection and the other world (according to 95.5%) , parents’ belief in hijab and observing hijab rules by them and the motivational actions they take to persuade their children for observing it ( according to 92.2%) , being aware of the role of hijab in strengthening familial foundation (according to 91.3%) , and being aware of its role in keeping women safe from evil eye(according to 90.8%) , parents, friends, teachers and society’s attitude toward people who observe hijab and toward those who do not observe it (according to 89.3%) are factors that can excite observance of hijab. While major impediments that inhibit it are: improper treating of those who do not observe hijab (according to 96.8%) , production and supplying of improper clothes in market (and the easy access to such clothes) (according to 90.9%), young adults’ sense of total freedom in choosing their clothes (according to 90.2%), people’s weak sense of dignity (according to 89.1), families’ failure in supervising over girls’ clothes and the indifference they show in this regard (according to 89.9%) , and the indifference of some young men in regard with their wives’ failure in observing hijab (according to 88.5%) . social security is achievable only through recognizing and respecting social standards and values and through observing hijab.
