بررسي ميزان اثربخشي خدمات مشاوره اي نيروي انتظامي (مطالعه موردي: مراكز مشاوره كلانتري ها و معاونت اجتماعي در شهر قزوين)

Investigating the Effectiveness of the Police Advisory Services (Case study: the police station consulting centers and the social department in Qazvin)

يكي از راه هاي كنترل و كاهش آسيب ها و جرائم اجتماعي، ارائه خدمات تخصصي و مشاوره اي به هنگام است كه مي تواند در ارتقاء سلامت افراد جامعه نيز مؤثر واقع شود. نيروي انتظامي با راه اندازي مراكز مشاوره در معاونت اجتماعي و كلانتري ها، بستر و زمينه پيشگيري از مسائل اجتماعي و ارائه خدمات به مراجعين را فراهم نموده است. لذا صرف راه اندازي مراكز مشاوره براي انجام اين مهم كفايت نمي كند و مي بايست اثربخشي خدمات مشاوره اي جهت بررسي ميزان دسترسي به اهداف مورد ارزيابي و سنجش قرار گيرد كه اين مهم در مطالعات پيشين كمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي، پيمايشي بوده و داده هاي پژوهش از طريق توزيع پرسشنامه بصورت تمام شماري بدست آمده است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان دهنده آن است كه در حوزه بررسي سنجش اثر بخشي، خدمات مشاوره اي منجر به افزايش اعتماد عمومي به ناجا مي گردد كه با كسب 81/63 درصد رأي موافق مردمي از مراجعه كنندگان و رضايت ايشان اثربخشي در سطح مناسب قرار داشته و با بررسي اين فرضيه از طريق ضريب همبستگي پيرسون نيز مشخص مي شود كه خدمات مشاوره ناجا منجر به افزايش اعتماد عمومي به ناجا مي گردد. در حوزه سنجش اثر بخشي خدمات مشاوره اي در كليه بخش ها با معرفي ميانگين كل درصد رضايتمندي 79 درصد با توجه به نبود شاخص از پيش تعيين شده بعنوان شاخص اثربخشي شناسايي گرديد. حوزه مشاوره‌اي مشكلات خانوادگي بالاترين ميزان اثربخشي را با كسب 82 درصد رضايتمندي به خود اختصاص داده است.

One of the ways to control and reduce the social and criminals, offer specialized services and consultative on time that can be effective at promoting the health of the community. Putting into operation the counseling centers in the social deputy and police stations, the police have provided the field and the grounds for preventing social problems and offering services to the clients. Therefore, putting into operation the counseling centers is not enough to accomplish this. The purpose of this study is measure the effectiveness of counseling services of providing these services at 7 centers in Qazvin city. The present study was a descriptive survey. In the area of effectiveness measurement to assessing the satisfaction of the the clients to counseling services centers, the relationship between counseling and public trust in Naja, explanation the effectiveness of counseling services and the area. The results of the study show that the area of assessing the effectiveness of counseling services that leads to increased public confidence in Naja, the results indicate that earn satisfied 81.63% of the respondents and there were the satisfaction in the area at the well level.Survived to this hypothesis, also Pearson's correlation coefficient show that it consulting services lead to increase the public confidence in Naja. There were an average of 79% satisfaction percentage in the area that know as an indicator of effectiveness. Earn 82% satisfaction high to the separate of a predefined index in the problem family area.
