بررسي عوامل موثر بر بروز آسيب هاي اجتماعي در مسكن مهر (مطالعه موردي: شهرك مهرگان قزوين)

The investigation of social security injuries resulting from immigration to Mehr housing, from the beginning to the year 2016 (Case study: Qazvin province)

مسكن به عنوان مقوله اي شناخته مي شود كه داراي ابعاد گوناگوني است. يكي از سياست هاي مسكن در ايران، مسكن مهر مي باشد. تصور غلط از شهر و شهر نشيني سبب شده است تا اين مناطق داراي نقاط ضعف و مشكلات زيادي باشد. مهاجرت افراد از مناطق مخالف و گوناگون و عدم شكل گيري حس تعلق به محيط باعث ايجاد آسيب هاي امنيت اجتماعي در اين مناطق شده است. مهم‌ترين آسيب هاي اجتماعي ناشي از مهاجرت افراد به مسكن مهر در ايران شامل: تفكيك و جدايي گزيني اجتماعي، تعارض فرهنگي، خلا هنجاري،كاهش سرمايه‌هاي اجتماعي مي باشد. اين پژوهش درصدد است تا با بهره گيري از ابزار پرسشنامه و نرم افزار spss و هم چنين بهره گيري از روش تحليل مسير، روش آماري كاربرد ضرايب بتاي استاندارد رگرسيون چند متغيرى در مدل‌هاى ساختاري و به دست آوردن برآوردهاى كمى روابط علّى (همكنشي يكجانبه يا كواريته) بين مجموعه اى از متغير جهت ساخت يك مدل علّي به ارزيابي اين متغير ها بپردازد. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه بين متغير هاي وابسته اين پژوهش و متغير مستقل آن (آسيب هاي امنيت اجتماعي) ارتباط معناداري وجود داشته و اين عوامل در متغيرهاي مستقل تاثير گذار هستند. طبق نتيجه ي نهايي تعارض فرهنگي و تفكيك و جدايي گزيني اجتماعي بيشترين تاثير منفي را در امنيت اجتماعي دارند.

The results of this study indicate that between the dependent variable and the independent variable (social security injury) were significant and independent influence of these variables. The final result of cultural conflicts and segregation and social segregation are the most negative effects on social security.
