The process of non-security of social phenomena

نيروي انتظامي، حافظ و امنيت بخشنده به جامعه است در نتيجه در سير انجام وظيفه خويش در حفظ امنيت با تهديداتي كه عمدتاً حوزه هاي اجتماعي و در پي آن، ارزشي و اعتقادي نظام را مورد هدف قرار داده اند مواجه است. پيشگيري به موقع در محيط اجتماعي، نقش اساسي در عدم امنيتي شدن پديده هاي اجتماعي دارد. در اين پژوهش تلاش خواهيم داشت ضمن بررسي تهديداتي كه پديده هاي اجتماعي مي توانند براي جامعه داشته باشند، به ترسيم نقش و وظايف پيشگيري كننده‌ي جامعه نيروي انتظامي براي غير امنيتي كردن پديده هاي اجتماعي بپردازيم و راهكارهايي مناسب را در اين راستا ارائه كنيم. در نهايت مي توان از ميان نتايج كسب شده به اين نكته اشاره داشت كه مسأله امنيتي در پديده هاي اجتماعي، به گونه اي است كه به منظور غير امنيتي كردن آن، لزوم فراقانوني عمل كردن را مي طلبد، به طور قطع، اين نكته هزينه هاي بالاي داخلي و خارجي را به همراه خواهد داشت؛ اما در نهايت حيثيت نظام، حفظ و پاسداري خواهد شد.

Police, Hafez, and the generous security of the community are therefore faced with their duty to safeguard security with the threats targeted mainly by the social domains and the subsequent, values and beliefs of the system. Timely prevention in the social environment has a key role in the lack of security of social phenomena. In this research, we will try to study the threats that social phenomena can have for society, to map out the roles and responsibilities of the police force community for defending social phenomena and provide appropriate solutions in this regard. Finally, it can be noted from among the results that the security issue in social phenomena is such that it requires the extra-legal act in order to non-security, of course, this is the cost of The internal and external highs; but, ultimately, the dignity of the system will be maintained and safeguarded.
