Analysis of location of administrative centers with passive defense approach in the city using GIS software

مكان يابي مناسب جهت ارائه انواع خدمات در حوزه جغرافيايي سرزمين از جمله مباحث مهم در عصر حاضر مي باشد كه مديران يك جامعه به منظور كاهش خسارات، تمهيدات لازم را نسبت به آن مي انديشند. حركت در چارچوب عدالت اجتماعي شهر و تأمين رفاه شهروندان از ضرورت هاي جوامع رو به رشد به حساب مي آيد. يكي از ابعاد تأثيرگذار در زمينه مطالعات شهري مربوط به چگونگي مكان يابي مراكز اداري يك شهر مي باشد. زيرا شهرها در طول تاريخ همواره با چالش هاي متعددي در حوزه دفاع و امنيت روبرو بوده اند و سعي در افزايش قدرت دفاعي خويش داشته اند. از طرفي بكارگيري ملاحضات پدافند غير عامل در ساخت فضاهاي شهري و همچنين ساختمان هاي عمومي تاريخچه اي طولاني دارد كه منجر به اقدامات پيشگيرانه قبل از وقوع بحران هاي انساني و اقتصادي مي شود. در اين راستا اين پژوهش با هدف تحليل پراكنش مكاني مراكز اداري در شهر آستانه اشرفيه واقع در شمال ايران تهيه و تنظيم شده است. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از تكنيك هاي GIS، قابليت تلفيق لايه هاي اطلاعاتي را داشته و از اينرو به تحليل پراكنش مكاني مراكز اداري با رويكرد پدافند غيرعامل در منطقه مورد مطالعه پرداخته و در نهايت با توجه به تجزيه و تحليل هر يك از شاخص هاي كاربردي، كاربري هاي پيشنهادي را در محيط GIS به جهت نيل به اهداف پژوهش مورد بررسي قرار داده است.

The proper location for providing a variety of services in the geographical area of the land is one of the important issues in the present age. Which managers of a community think of the necessary measures in order to reduce their losses Moving within the framework of social justice of the city and providing the welfare of citizens is a necessity of growing societies. One of the most influential dimensions in urban studies is how to locate the city's administrative centers. Because cities have always faced numerous challenges in defense and security over the course of history, trying to increase their defense strengths. On the other hand, the use of non-operational defenses in building urban spaces as well as public buildings has a long history that leads to preventive measures before human and economic crises occur. In this regard, this research was designed and implemented to analyze the spatial distribution of administrative centers in Astaneh Ashrafieh, north of Iran. The present study, using GIS techniques, has the ability to integrate information layers and thus, the spatial analysis of office centers with passive defense approach in the study area has been addressed. Finally, considering the analysis of each of the applied indicators, the proposed applications have been studied in the GIS environment in order to achieve the research objectives.
