بررسي عوامل جامعه شناختي موثر بر رضايتمندي مردم از پليس محله محور (مطالعه موردي: منطقه 2 اهواز محله كيانشهر)

Investigating the Sociological Factors Affecting People's Satisfaction with the District Municipal Police (Case Study: Ahwaz 2 Area in Kian Shahr)

نيروي انتظامي اصلي ترين نهاد متولي ايجاد امنيت در جامعه است و به همين خاطر بيشترين سطح تماس را با جامعه دارد از اينرو عملكرد پليس از اهميت بالايي براي شهروندان برخوردار مي باشد. هدف از انجام تحقيق حاضر بررسي عوامل جامعه شناسي موثر بر رضايتمندي مردم از پليس محله محور در منطقه دو اهواز، محله كيانشهر مي باشد. اين پژوهش كه برحسب ماهيت تحليل داده ها، توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي و برحسب هدف انجام تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي مي باشد، با استفاده از روشهاي اسنادي و پيمايشي انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري پژوهش تمام افراد كيانشهر است كه با توجه به آمار به دست آمده 29061 نفر است و پرسشنامه بين 364 نفر از آنان كه نمونه ما را تشكيل داده اند توزيع گرديد. نتايج آماري با استفاده از آزمون هاي آماري نظير همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون چند متغيره انجام گرفته است. نتايج آزمون فرضيه هاي تحقيق حاكي از تاييد تمامي فرضيه ها مي باشد بدين صورت كه بين هر يك از عوامل اجتماعي اعتماد اجتماعي، مشاركت، پايگاه اجتماعي، احساس تعلق مكاني، احساس امنيت و نظم و امنيت با رضايت از پليس رابطه معناداري وجود دارد (p<0.05). همچنين نتايج تحليل رگرسيون چند متغيره نشان داد، عوامل اجتماعي مورد بررسي به ترتيب اهميت و ميزان تاثيرگذاري بر ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد پليس محله محور عبارتند از: احساس امنيت، اعتماد مردم به پليس، احساس تعلق به محله، نظم وامنيت، پايگاه اجتماعي- اقتصادي، مشاركت اجتماعي و در نهايت بعد از تبيين و بررسي عوامل موثر جامعه شناختيي بر رضايتمندي مردم از پليس محله محور راهكارها و پيشنهاداتي جهت بالا بردن رضايتمندي از پليس محله محور ارائه گرديد.

The main law enforcement agency in charge of security in the community. and thus the highest level of contact with the community. So the police is of great importance for citizens. The aim of this study was to investigate factors affecting the satisfaction of the police, neighborhood-based society in the region of Ahwaz, the neighborhood is Kianshahr. The research, based on the nature of the data analysis, descriptive and correlational in terms of the goal of the survey is applied. Using documents is carried out. The population is Kianshahr we all heads of peron. According to statistics obtained the29061 persons. and 364 questionnaires of those who have formed our sample were distributed. Statistical results using statistical tests such as Pearson correlation and multivariate regression analysis was performed. The results of tests indicate all hypotheses are confirmed. So that between the social determinants of social trust, participation, social, sense of place, a sense of security and order and security, with the consent of the police there is a significant relationship (p <0.05). The results of multivariate regression analysis showed. explanation and sociological factors affecting the satisfaction of the police, neighborhood-based strategies and proposals to enhance satisfaction with police was oriented neighborhood.
