نقش ناجا در عرصه فضاي مجازي و افزايش انضباط اجتماعي مبتني بر منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي)

The role of NAJA in cyberspace and increasing social discipline based on the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader

از آنجا كه فضاي مجازي از ويژگي بدون مرز بودن برخوردار است، مخاطبان بسياري به لطف فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در سراسر دنيا به دليل جذابيت‌هاي ارتباطي اين فضا، ساعت‌هاي زيادي از وقت خود را در آن سپري كرده يا به‌نوعي در اين فضا زندگي مي‌كنند. به‌ طور قطع اين امر باعث مي‌شود كه واقعيتي به نام جرم در اين فضا توسعه يابد. پرسش اصلي در مقاله حاضر اين است كه نقش ناجا در فضاي مجازي و افزايش انضباط اجتماعي مبتني بر افكار و انديشه‌هاي مقام معظم رهبري، حضرت آيت‌الله‌العظمي امام خامنه‌اي، (مدظله‌العالي) چيست و هدف اصلي، شناسايي منظومۀ فكري ايشان پيرامون فضاي مجازي پس از تشكيل شوراي عالي فضاي مجازي و شناسايي فرصت‌ها و تهديدات آن از نگاه معظم له و نقش پليس در اين ميان تدوين‌شده است. شيوۀ جمع‌آوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش با مطالعۀ كتابخانه‌اي و فضاي مجازي (اينترنت) است. كاربران فضاي مجازي در معرض تهديدات و آسيب‌هاي مختلفي از جمله انحرافات اخلاقي و عقيدتي، مشكلات روحي و رواني، سرقت اطلاعات، مزاحمت‌هاي اينترنتي و... قرار دارند؛ بنابراين، در نظر گرفتن تدابير و راهكارهاي مناسب براي پيشگيري از اين‌گونه جرائم در فضاي سايبري بسيار اهميت دارد. در اين پژوهش ابتدا فضاي سايبر و انواع مختلف جرائم در اين فضا و منظومۀ فكري مقام معظم رهبري در خصوص فضاي مجازي معرفي‌شده است و سپس شيوه‌ي كشف جرائم سايبري و نقش پليس فتا در كشف و پيشگيري از وقوع اين‌گونه جرائم بيان مي‌گردد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داده است كه نقش پليس فتا نخست به‌صورت غيرمستقيم از طريق آموزش به خانواده‌ها و كاربران اينترنتي و سپس مستقيم و مداخله‌گرانه در شناسايي و كنترل افراد خطرساز و مجرمين رايانه‌اي است.

Because cyberspace is borderless, many audiences, thanks to information and communication technology around the world, spend many hours or live in this space for many hours due to the attractiveness of this space. Certainly, this will lead to the development of a reality called crime in this space. The main question in this article is the role of NAJA in cyberspace and increasing social discipline based on the thoughts and ideas of the Supreme Leader, Imam Khamenei, and the main goal is to identify his intellectual system about cyberspace after the formation of the council. The excellent cyberspace and the identification of opportunities and threats from the perspective of his Holiness and the role of police. The method of collecting information in this research is by studying libraries and cyberspace (Internet). Cyberspace users are exposed to various threats and harms, including moral and ideological deviations, psychological problems, information theft, internet harassment, and so on. Therefore, it is very important to consider appropriate measures and strategies to prevent such crimes in cyberspace. In this study, cyberspace and various types of crimes are introduced in this space and the Supreme Leader's intellectual system regarding cyberspace, and then the method of detecting cybercrime and the role of FATA police in detecting and preventing such crimes are described. Findings have shown that the role of FATA police is first indirectly through training families and Internet users and then directly and intervening in identifying and controlling high-risk individuals and computer criminals.
