چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ: ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات اﺧﻠﺎﻗﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﮐﻤﮏ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات، اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﮐﺮده و ﺑﻪ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ و ﻋﻠﻤﯽ آن ﻫﺎ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات اﺧﻠﺎﻗﯽ
داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ از آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ اﺳﺖ.
روش: ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﺎت
ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداري ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و ﻏﯿﺮﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ 20 ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ اﺷﺒﺎع ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻋﻤﯿﻖ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎن ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ي روش ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﺑﺎز، ﻣﺤﻮري و ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺸﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺟﻤﻠﺎت ﮐﻠﯿﺪي ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻫﺎ، 128 ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ اوﻟﯿﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و در 11 ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ، رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﺄن و ﺣﺎل داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن، ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺧﺎص داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﺳﻄﺢ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن، ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ از داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن، ارﺟﺤﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻧﺨﺒﻪ، ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ، ﻫﻤﺪﻟﯽ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﺑﯿﻦ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه، ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ و 3 درون ﻣﺎﯾﻪ ي ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﺑﺮ رﺷﺪ و ﺧﻮد ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي، ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه و ﻧﻘﺶ داﻧﺸﺠﻮ، ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ و آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات اﺧﻠﺎﻗﯽ ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﯽ از آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ دارﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮآورده ﺳﺎزي آن ﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي ﻫﺎي دﻗﯿﻘﯽ اﺳﺖ
چكيده لاتين :
Background: Identifying students’ ethical expectations of higher education will help higher education administrators to meet students’ expectations and nurture their interest and academic motivation, which helps them to advance their academic and scientific career and ultimately leads to community development. The goal of the present research is to identify the ethical expectations of Iranian students of higher education.
Method: This study is a qualitative research that was conducted using grounded theory approach. The population under study included postgraduate students, and sample was saturated after 20 interviews. For sample selection, non-randomized purposive sampling method was used. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis has been done through open coding, axial coding and selective coding.
Results: After collecting and analyzing the data, key phrases of interviews were extracted and by open coding 128 primary components were identified and categorized in 11 dimensions including: quality of life improvement, observance of students' dignity, special place students, attention to the differences in academic level of students, scientific support of students, preference of elite students for receiving services, respecting students, desirable character and appropriate function of professors, empathy and collaboration between students and university, organizational commitment, effective management, and three themes of focus on growth and self-efficacy, emphasis on the importance of the student's place and role, and focusing on scientific and educational services.
Conclusion: The results of the research show that students have diverse ethical expectations of higher education, which requires planning and accurate targeting.
