چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ: در ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي ﭘﺮوژه ﻣﺤﻮر در دﺳﺘﻮر ﮐﺎر ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎري ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ارزش ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺿﺮوري اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و
ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﭘﺮوژه از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞﮔﺮ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎري در ﺷﺮﮐﺖ اﺧﻼق ﻣﺤﻮر ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯽ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. روش : ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧ ﺤﻮه ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯽ اﺧﻼق ﻣﺤﻮر 1100 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ از ﻣﯿﺎن آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده 285 ﻧﻔﺮ
اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ 227 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. داده ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري SPSSو LISRELاﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ، دادهﻫﺎ
ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ : ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎري داراي ﻧﻘﺶ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و
ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﭘﺮوژه ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي : ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ، ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﺟﺰاي ﻣﺪل و رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ آن ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮده و ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ وﺟﻮد دارد ﺑﺮآﯾﻨﺪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﭘﺮوژه از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞﮔﺮ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎري راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دار
چكيده لاتين :
Background: In recent years, attention to human resources in some project-based organizations has been on the agenda. Examining work ethic is essential to aligning human resource values with organizational concepts. In this study, the relationship between human resource practices and project success through the work ethic modifier variable in a private ethics-oriented company is investigated.
Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study included all employees of a private ethics-based organization 1100 people, from which 285 people were selected using simple random sampling method and finally 227 questionnaires were analyzed. The required data were collected using standard questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using structural equation method and SPSS and LISREL statistical software.
Results: The results of testing the hypotheses showed that work ethic has a moderating role in the relationship between human resource management practices and project success.
Conclusion: The results of path analysis show that all components of the model and the relationships between it are significant and there is a good correlation between variables.
