System-based Realism: Comprehensive Theory in Philosophy of Social and Economic Sciences

فلسفه علم اقتصاد شاخه اي از فلسفه علم است كه به بحث درباره چيستي علم اقتصاد از حيث «هستي شناسي»، «معرفت شناسي» و «روش شناسي» مي پردازد. مطالعات فلسفه اقتصاد مشتمل بر بررسي هاي درجه دوم انتقادي و سازنده نسبت به سه جنبه دانش اقتصاد است. بديهي است فلسفه اقتصاد اسلامي با فلسفه اقتصاد سكولار تفاوت دارد. «گسست ميان مباني فلسفي اسلامي با نظريه هاي اقتصادي» و عدم توانايي ادبيات فلسفه اقتصاد اسلامي در برقراري ارتباط وثيق بين فلسفه و اقتصاد يكي از مهم ترين آسيب هاي اين ادبيات است. مقاله پيش رو در تلاش است قدم ابتدايي را در برقراري اين ارتباط بردارد. اين مقاله اكتشافي و پرسش اصلي آن اين است كه: «آيا مي توان با فلسفه اسلامي مبتني بر سنت هاي الهي و درك عميق از واقعيت هاي عيني و اعتباري موجود در جوامع به نظريه اي جامع براي نه تنها اقتصاد، بلكه براي تمامي علوم اجتماعي جهت كمك به تحليل هاي علمي دست يافت؟» پاسخ به اين پرسش مستلزم تبيين «نظريه واقع گرايي نظام محور (System-based Realism)» و ويژگي هاي آن است. در اين مقاله با استفاده از روش تحليل فلسفي، به بررسي اين نظريه پرداخته مي شود. يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه علوم اجتماعي فرايند تحليلي تحقيق در سطوح پنج گانه (كنش قاعده مند افراد، نهادها، سازمان ها يا اركان فرايند تغييرات، منابع و محيط) از طريق 1. توصيف اين سطوح؛ 2. اكتشاف كنش؛ 3. تبيين چرايي و چگونگي تحول نهادها و سازمان ها؛ 4. تبيين اهداف ادعايي و واقعي و 5. تبيين و پيش بيني پديده ها است.

Philosophy of economics is a branch of philosophy of science that discusses what economics is in terms of "ontology", "epistemology" and "methodology". Studies in the philosophy of economics include second-rate critical and constructive studies of the three aspects of economics knowledge. It is obvious that the philosophy of Islamic economics is different from the philosophy of secular economics. "The disconnect between Islamic philosophical foundations and economic theories" and the inability of the philosophy of Islamic economics literature to establish a close relationship between philosophy and economics is one of the most important harms of this literature. The leading article tries to take the first step in establishing this connection. This exploratory article and its main question is: "Is it possible to use comprehensive Islamic theories based on divine traditions and a deep understanding of the objective and credible realities of societies to provide comprehensive theories not only for economics but for all social sciences to assist in scientific analysis?"
