بررسي نقش عوامل و ساختارهاي اجتماعي در مداخلات درمان در سوء مصرف مواد مخدر مطالعه موردي شهر قزوين

Investigation of social structures and factors role in treatment interference in narcotic abuse (case study: Qazvin city)

اعتياد و سوءمصرف موادمخدر به مثابه يك مسئله اجتماعي، پديده اي است كه همراه باآن توانايي جامعه در سازمان يابي و حفظ نظم موجوداز بين مي رودو باعث دگرگوني هاي ساختاري در نظام اقتصادي، اجتماعي، سياسي و فرهنگي در يك جامعه مي شود. امروز نخبگان و نهادهاي تصميم ساز و تدبيرپرداز ما با نوعي فقر شناخت و ضعف تمهيد و تدبير استراتژيك و فقدان رويكردي فراگير و همه سونگر و مبتني بر«تعيين چند جانبه» جستجوي علل و عوامل متنوع در پس اين پديده مواجه هستند.هدف اين مقاله بررسي نقش عوامل و ساختارهاي اجتماعي در حمايت اجتماعي در سوء مصرف مواد مخدر شهر قزوين است.جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر شامل تمامي افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد مخدر در شهر قزوين است كه تا دي ماه 1396 به مراكزترك اعتياد در اين شهر مراجعه كرده اند و درحال حاضر درمان هستند. روش نمونه گيري در اين مقاله خوشه اي چند مرحله اي و تصادفي ساده مي باشد. و تعيين حجم نمونه براساس فرمول كوكران تعداد200 نفر مي باشند.جهت گردآوري اطلاعات ازدوپرسشنامه ساختاراجتماعي و مداخلات درماني است. پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ 0/74 و 0/85 بدست آمده است.در نهايت بعد از جمع آوري پرسشنامه ها، به وسيله نرم افزار SPSS19 روش هاي آماري توصيفي و آمار استنباطي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها براي بررسي فرضيات از ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون استفاده شده است. يافته هاي حاكي از اين است محيط اجتماعي و برخورداري از امكانات فرهنگي تفريحي و آموزشي برمداخلات درماني اثر دارد و تاثير آن مثبت است.

Addiction and narcotic abuse is a social phenomenon that with that social ability in organizing and existence order maintenance disappeared, and causes structural changes in economic, social, political and cultural systems in community. Nowadays our clit and talent members and decision maker agents are facing to lack of cognition and strategic thoughts and comprehensive approach base on multi aspects determination of different reason at the background of this phenomena the goal of this paper is investigation of social structures and factors role in treatments interference in narcotic abuse (case study: Qazvin city) . Statistical population of this research are included all members of narcotic abasement addiction in Qazvin city, which have gone to addiction camp centers, and they are treating. Sampling method is cluster multi steps and simple random. Cochran formula is used for sample volume detection, which are 200 people. Data gartering tool are two questioners included social structure and treatment interference. Stability of questioners is 74% and 85% which are gained by Choronbakh alpha. Spss 19 software was used for data analysis method is correlation and regression. The results show that social environment and having educational funny cultural facilities have positive effect on treatment interference.
